中國聯(lián)通5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和策略

【摘 要】根據(jù)工信部提出的5G推進(jìn)工作部署以及三大運(yùn)營商的5G商用計(jì)劃，我國將于2020年正式推出5G商用服務(wù)，但面對(duì)已經(jīng)公布的5G新頻譜規(guī)劃，從頻譜效能來看，短時(shí)間獨(dú)立組網(wǎng)，滿足5G新場(chǎng)景、新功能的困難重重，如何快速建成滿足商用需要的5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力成為業(yè)內(nèi)，特別是三大運(yùn)營商需要探討的重點(diǎn)課題。從5G的新特征和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)入手，闡述中國聯(lián)通獨(dú)立組網(wǎng)和非獨(dú)立組網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，論證了在短時(shí)期內(nèi)進(jìn)行頻率資源重耕、5G技術(shù)4G化、中高頻混合組網(wǎng)模式的可行性，從而提出中國聯(lián)通5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進(jìn)和部署的策略。

Challenges and Strategies of 5G Network Deployment for China Unicom

[Abstract] According to the 5G business plan proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the 5G commercial plan of three major operators， China will officially launch commercial 5G services in 2020. However， for the newly released 5G spectrum planning， the independent networking in a short time to meet new scenarios and functions of 5G is highly difficult from the aspect of spectrum efficacy. How to rapidly build 5G network capacity to meet commercial demands， especially the demands of three major operators， is a crucial topic. According to new features and challenges of 5G， the advantages and disadvantages of independent and dependent networking for China Unicom are elaborated， respectively. The feasibilities of frequency resource re-farming， 5G technology to 5G and the medium-high frequency hybrid networking in a short time are discussed. The corresponding strategy on the evolution and deployment of 5G for China Unicom is presented.

1 引言

2017年11月9日工信部正式發(fā)布了5G系統(tǒng)在3 000 MHz—5 000 MHz頻段（中頻段）內(nèi)的頻率使用規(guī)劃，我國成為國際上率先發(fā)布5G系統(tǒng)在中頻段內(nèi)頻率使用規(guī)劃的國家。2018年3月2日，工信部下發(fā)2018年全國無線電管理工作要點(diǎn)，明確指出要加快重點(diǎn)無線電頻率規(guī)劃。重點(diǎn)加快5G系統(tǒng)頻率規(guī)劃進(jìn)度，制定中頻段無線電設(shè)備射頻技術(shù)指標(biāo)，同時(shí)做好無線電頻率使用許可工作。研究制定5G系統(tǒng)中頻段頻率使用許可方案及基站設(shè)置管理規(guī)定，適時(shí)發(fā)放5G系統(tǒng)頻率使用許可。要點(diǎn)中提出采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性方式開展頻率使用許可試點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分步驟開展230 MHz頻段電力專網(wǎng)頻率使用許可，繼續(xù)做好1.4 GHz、1.8 GHz行業(yè)專用頻段的頻率使用許可工作。

事實(shí)上，按照工信部的規(guī)劃，三大運(yùn)營商將在2020年實(shí)現(xiàn)5G的規(guī)模商用，自2013年起，我國已經(jīng)率先啟動(dòng)了5G試驗(yàn)及研發(fā)進(jìn)程，三大運(yùn)營商及設(shè)備制造商也已開展了5G外場(chǎng)的測(cè)試，5G的建設(shè)正在如火如荼地進(jìn)行。……
