【摘 要】選修課是我國高校課程體系的一個重要組成部分,兼具知識拓展、技能提高、綜合培養等,與必修課有著明顯的差別。然而,選修課開設存在很多問題,其開設、教學質量、考核評價等是薄弱環節,導致課程內容的選擇隨意或者過于專業化,課程考評方式老套,其作用沒有充分發揮。研究了國內外選修課開設與考核現狀,提出了針對我國專業選修課考核與評價的建議,促進多種評價元素混合的新教育考核評價方式的形成。

The Reform of Assessment and Evaluation Methods for Selective Courses in Colleges and Universities

【Abstract】Elective courses are an important part of the university's curriculum system in China. They also have knowledge development, skills improvement, and comprehensive training. There are obvious differences with compulsory courses. However, there are many problems in the setting up of elective courses, and their establishment, teaching quality, assessment, etc. are weak links, resulting in random or over-professional course content selection. The course assessment methods are old-fashioned, and their role has not been fully realized. The status quo of selection and opening of elective courses at home and abroad was studied, and proposals for the assessment and evaluation of professional elective courses in China were proposed, and the formation of a new education evaluation and assessment method that promoted a mixture of multiple evaluation elements was promoted.

0 引言
選修課的概念源自于1998年的教育教學改革,高校選修課是高等教育工作中的重要環節,其內容基本圍繞不同專業的知識和技能進行擴展,幫助學生拓展專業知識的領域,滿足學生的興趣愛好。由于選修課課程體系不斷完善,合理和具操作性的選修課質量評價體系和嚴格的考試制度, 包括選修課教案、講稿、期末評教、督導聽課、精品課程評定、考試等各個環節的質量標準還有待改進,導致公共選修課整體水平不高。
大教育家蘇格拉底在兩千多年前就提出“教育不是灌輸,而是點燃。”點燃學生的學習興趣、學習動力,學習積極性和主動性。以學生為中心,加強教師專業素養、建立和諧師生關系,健全和完善課程考核與評價方式,從單一的紙質化閉卷考試轉變到開放性小組討論,視頻簡介,論文寫作,無紙化開卷考試等多種元素混合的新教育考核評價方式,是提高選修課教育質量的主要手段[1-2]。……
