摘要:通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)了國(guó)外AEC高校引入BIM教育的現(xiàn)狀,而國(guó)內(nèi)高校BIM教育正處于起步階段,存在諸多發(fā)展制約因素。基于此,本文通過(guò)線上調(diào)查問(wèn)卷方式,研究了國(guó)內(nèi)高校CM專業(yè)教學(xué)方案中融入BIM教育的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展障礙。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,國(guó)內(nèi)高校CM專業(yè)的BIM教育現(xiàn)狀仍處于中低水平,受過(guò)培訓(xùn)的BIM師資缺乏、傳統(tǒng)CM課程結(jié)構(gòu)和行業(yè)參與是BIM教育壁壘的前3名,其結(jié)果為國(guó)內(nèi)目前還未或正在實(shí)施BIM教育的高校提供參考。
Abstract: Through consulting relevant literature, this paper summarizes the current situation of introducing BIM education in foreign AEC universities, while the domestic BIM education is in the initial stage, and there are many development constraints. Based on this, this paper studies the current situation and development barriers of BIM education in CM teaching program in domestic universities through online questionnaire survey. According to the results of the survey, the status of BIM CM professional education in domestic universities is still at a low level, and lack of BIM trained teachers the traditional CM curriculum structure and industry participation is the top three BIM education barriers. The results provide a reference for the domestic colleges and universities who has not yet or been implemented BIM education.

0 引言
工程管理類(CM)專業(yè)教育與其他技術(shù)類專業(yè)教育相類似,需與時(shí)俱進(jìn),保持工程技術(shù)教育的先進(jìn)性與時(shí)代性,故對(duì)CM專業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),在課程中加入一些新技術(shù)的介紹與應(yīng)用是十分必要的。而近年來(lái)BIM作為一種新興的數(shù)字信息模型技術(shù),得到行業(yè)的認(rèn)可與推廣,已成為行業(yè)信息化技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。為滿足行業(yè)對(duì)具有BIM技能的工程技術(shù)人才的需要,世界許多高校已將BIM納入AEC(建筑、工程、建造)專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃中[1]。
研究認(rèn)為,為使學(xué)生在畢業(yè)時(shí)能具有足夠的BIM概念理解能力,以及在AEC行業(yè)能快速而成功的掌握BIM技術(shù),大學(xué)相關(guān)工程專業(yè)引入BIM教育是十分必要的[2]。許多學(xué)者也強(qiáng)調(diào),在工程類高校中將BIM引入并整合到CM教學(xué)與課程當(dāng)中,其效果十分顯著。相對(duì)教師而言,BIM作為一種教學(xué)工具對(duì)提高教學(xué)效果也是十分有明顯的,如在工程估價(jià)、工料估算、提高設(shè)計(jì)技巧、理解工程材料、施工方法及工藝等方面運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù),教學(xué)效果良好[3]。……
