農機化促進海南現代化農業發展研究

摘 要 通過分析我國農機化發展現狀和海南現代農業發展現狀，提出了農機化促進海南現代農業的發展思路與對策，通過農機化手段改造海南傳統農業，建設海南現代農業示范基地，引領海南農業的發展，對推動海南現代化農業的發展具有重要意義。

Abstract By analyzing the development status of modern agricultural mechanization in China and Hainan， the development ideas and countermeasures of agricultural mechanization promote modern agriculture were put forwards. Through the agricultural mechanization， traditional agricultural was transformed， modern agricultural demonstration base lead the development of agricultural. These had important significance for promoting the development of modern agriculture in Hainan.

海南是中國典型的農業大省[1]，發展好海南農業至關重要。目前，海南熱帶高效現代農業發展水平仍低于我國的平均水平，處于初級階段，但農業貢獻率高于全國水平[2]。將海南建設成為“國家熱帶現代農業基地”是國務院《關于推進海南國際旅游島發展的若干意見》中的六大戰略定位之一[3]，圍繞該戰略定位，海南正在著力重點打造全國冬季菜籃子基地、熱帶水果基地、南繁育種基地、漁業出口基地和天然橡膠基地，將示范引領全國熱作產業發展。農業部與海南省政府簽署的《關于共同推進海南國家熱帶現代農業基地建設合作備忘錄》，為促進海南熱帶高效現代農業發展提供了思路和發展方向[4]。

農機化是農業現代化發展的重要標志、重要內容和有效推動力[5-6]，農機化的發展幫助提高農業勞動生產力、土地資源利用率、農業防御自然災害的能力，引領農業生產經營模式的變革[7]，促進農業規模化發展[8]，保障優質高效農產品產出與供應[9]，保護農村生態環境[10]，提高農業的經濟效益。農機化在實現海南現代化農業發展中作用重大，筆者基于我國農機化發展現狀和海南現代農業發展現狀，提出了農機化促進海南現代化農業發展的思路和對策。……
