摘 要:為研究白車軸草對鎘的修復(fù)影響,將紫花地丁、雛菊分別與白車軸草混種。結(jié)果表明:白車軸草混種雛菊,2種植物地上部分鎘含量較各自單種分別提高了10. 9%和34.9%;混種紫花地丁后,白車軸草地上部分鎘含量及鎘積累量降低了22.3%和57.7%。白車軸草混種紫花地丁,單盆地上部分鎘積累量最高,達(dá)到了455.43μg/盆。因此,白車軸草混種雛菊能提高白車軸草地上部鎘含量和鎘積累量,而混種紫花地丁鎘提取效果最好。

Abstract:The pot experiments was conducted to study effect of Trifolium pratense on Cd recovery. Bellis perennis and Viola yedoensis were intercropped with Trifolium repens respectively to study the influence of different intercropping combinations on the Cd accumulation. The results showed that:the Cd content on shoots of Trifolium repens and Bellis perennis were increased by 10.9% and 34.9%. The mixed cultivation between Trifolium repens and Viola yedoensis,Cd content and Cd accumulation amount on shoots reduced by 22.3%,57.7%,The highest Cd accumulation was observed in mixed cultivation Trifolium repens and Viola yedoensis,which reached up to 455.43μg/pot.

伴隨著礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā),土壤中重金屬鎘的污染日趨嚴(yán)重[1-2]。植物種間和種內(nèi)對鎘的吸收存在差異,而且混種措施也可改變重金屬在土壤中的存在形態(tài),進(jìn)而使其毒性降低,危害減輕[3-4]。目前對混種植物體內(nèi)重金屬鎘積累的研究還少有報道,鑒于此,筆者將白車軸草分別混種雛菊和紫花地丁,研究其對鎘積累的影響,以期能夠篩選出提高白車軸草修復(fù)鎘污染的最優(yōu)組合種植方式。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)設(shè)計 供試土壤為尾礦土,全鎘含量為38.53mg/kg。白車軸草、雛菊和紫花地丁種子購自新鄉(xiāng)市花卉市場。2017年9月在新鄉(xiāng)學(xué)院花卉基地進(jìn)行育苗移栽。將供試土壤去雜風(fēng)干,每盆取3kg,裝入23.6cm×17.5cm的花盆中,選取長勢優(yōu)良的幼苗移栽入盆。試驗(yàn)設(shè)白車軸草單種、雛菊單種、紫花地丁單種、白車軸草與雛菊混種、白車軸草與紫花地丁混種,單種每盆6株,混種每種植物3株,每個處理重復(fù)3次。……
