【Abstract】The number of channels of mutual trade between Sino-African has increased substantially with the implementation of the reform and opening policy. Moreover， the relationship between China and Africa have made tremendous progress in recent years， particularly in the economic and trade domain under the new policies scenario. At present， the exchanges among Sino-African is taking steps towards a significant period. However， there are still some uncertain issues between Sino-African. Therefore， the relationship and perspective between Sino-African under the new circumstances of policies and economics was illustrated in this article to provide a relative reference for developing the friendship between Sino-African.

1. introduction

The relations of Sino-African mainly refer to the exchange of politics， economy and culture among China and Africa， which is not only a critical field in the research of external relations， but also an important branch in the region of international politics. With the improvement of Chinas international status and the development of economic and trade between China-Africa in recent years， the issues about economy and politics between China-Africa have stimulated the interests of scholars at domestic and abroad. From the perspective of this direction， this paper evaluates the exchanges and benefits between Sino-African， and the future vision will also be assessed and elaborated under the new policies and economics scenario.

2. Political and economic exchanges between Sino-African

The China-Africa Cooperation Forum was established in Beijing in 2000. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Sino-African， the communication among the leaders of China-Africa is quietly frequent in recent years， political relations between these two countries have made significant progress. Moreover， the relations and the integration among different African countries was firmly strengthened and supported by China. At the same time， the issues of peace and security in Africa was solved positively by China. In the terms of the exchange of economy， although the development in China still faces many troubles， it has been doing its endeavor to assist African countries on raising their ability to develop independently. Meanwhile， a large amount of capital and foods was invested to develop the backward economy in Africa and improve the living standard.

3. The benefits brought from China for the development of Africa

China continues to improve financial support in infrastructure and energy to advance the lives of Africans and help figure out the problem of energy shortages. In addition， the number of scholarships and channels of practical job supported by China improved obviously in Africa. Strategic development and economic growth will be reached in Africa under the blueprint of political and cultural exchanges and the cooperation of trade in China-Africa Cooperation Forum. More importantly， it is necessary for Africa to adjust their policies for development， obtain a good match and achieve a better understanding with China as China is one of the important partners for the future development of the Africa.

4. Challenges and prospects of bilateral relations

Although China-Africa relations are taking steps to a comprehensive and rapid stage in recent years， there are still complications of instability and incompatibility in the development of China-Africa relations. The further deepening of relationship between China and Africa also confronts many impediments.

On the one hand， the malicious propaganda of “China threat” and “Neo colonialism” theory from international public have become a principal contradiction to the development of China-Africa relations. On the other hand， the existence of some anti-China forces in Africa， the difference of religion and the disputes on international politics affect the affiliation between China and Africa.

5. Conclusion

the cooperation of economy and politics between China and Africa has gradually embarked on a new pathway after years of practice and exploration. But overall， there is still space for enhancement in cooperation and exchanges between these two countries. the relationships among China and Africa will keep on making great strides forward in the future vision under the guidance of the new policies.
