摘 要 隨著信息技術的飛速發展,網絡教學已成為教學改革和發展的新趨勢。在中小學教師教育技術能力培訓方面,學員集中面授的培訓方式已逐漸顯露出弊端,基于網絡的培訓方式也逐漸展開。通過采用問卷和訪談的方式,對通遼市中小學教師通過網絡教學開展教育技術能力培訓情況進行了調查和研究,了解教師對網絡教學的認可情況,以及教師通過網絡教學培訓之后對教育技術能力的掌握情況,從中發現網絡教學在通遼市中小學教師教育技術能力培訓應用過程中存在的問題,并提出相應的看法和建議,找出合理的對策。

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, network teaching has become a new trend of teaching reform and development. In the educational technology training teachers, students focus on face-to-face training has gradually revealed the disadvantages, the training mode based on network has gradually expanded. By using the methods of questionnaires and interviews, through the network to carry out the teaching of educational technology training has carried on the investigation and Research on primary and secondary school teachers in Tongliao City, to understand the situation of teachers' recognition of the network teaching, and teachers through the network teaching and training of educational technology ability to grasp the situation, found the network teaching in primary and middle school teacher education in Tongliao city technology training in the application process problems, and put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions, and find out the reasonable countermeasures.

網絡教學是指將網絡技術作為構成新型學習生態環境的有機因素,以探究學習作為主要學習方式的教學活動。這種教學模式,不僅簡單地完成傳統模式下的教學任務,而且學生和教師之間還要通過交流、評價和教學管理等來完成任務。與行為主義下的傳統教學相比,網絡教學遵循了建構主義的理論模式。在這種模式下,學生不再是被動學習,而是教師通過引導學生主動構建知識體系。這種新形勢下的學習,極大地調動了學生的主觀能動性,有利于彌補傳統教育的不足。
1 網絡教學在中小學教師教育技術能力培訓中的應用
為了提高我國中小學教師教育技術能力水平,促進教師專業技能發展,國家教育部正式頒布了《中國中小學教師教育技術能力標準》,對我國教師教育的改革與發展產生深遠影響。……
