編輯人員工作中提升學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的幾點(diǎn)認(rèn)識(shí)

【摘 要】論文質(zhì)量是學(xué)術(shù)期刊影響力的基礎(chǔ)，也是學(xué)術(shù)期刊立足和發(fā)展的根本。本文查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合作者實(shí)際工作的體會(huì)和認(rèn)識(shí)，從提升編輯人員專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和信息儲(chǔ)備、提高學(xué)術(shù)期刊行業(yè)內(nèi)的知名度，吸引高質(zhì)量論文稿源、關(guān)注專業(yè)研究動(dòng)態(tài)，了解前沿學(xué)術(shù)成果，有針對(duì)性約稿、嚴(yán)格把關(guān)，建立嚴(yán)格的審稿制度等幾個(gè)方面，闡述了期刊編輯人員提高學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文質(zhì)量，進(jìn)而提升期刊影響力的幾點(diǎn)體會(huì)。

Some Ideas on Improving the Influence of Academic Journals in Editors Work

【Abstract】the quality of papers is the basis of academic journals influence， and also the foundation of academic journals foothold and development.On the basis of reviewing a large number of literature， combined with the experience of the practical work and understanding，this article expounds some experiences of periodical editors to improve the quality of academic journal papers，and then enhance the influence of Periodicals， which is mainly from enhancing editors professional quality and information reserve，improving the popularity of academic journals in the profession， attracting high-quality thesis source， paying attention to professional research trends，understanding cutting-edge academic achievements，targeted draft，strict checks，establishing a strict review system and so on several aspects.

學(xué)術(shù)期刊作為學(xué)術(shù)思想交流、科研成果發(fā)表的一個(gè)重要而有效的平臺(tái)，在當(dāng)今社會(huì)越來(lái)越為人們所重視。論文質(zhì)量則是學(xué)術(shù)期刊的生命所在。學(xué)術(shù)期刊要擴(kuò)大知名度，提高影響力，就要從刊登高質(zhì)量的學(xué)術(shù)論文入手，除作者撰寫(xiě)高質(zhì)量的稿件外，編輯工作者在這個(gè)過(guò)程中也起到至關(guān)重要的作用。編輯應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面提升學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文的質(zhì)量。

1 提升編輯人員自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和信息儲(chǔ)備

學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯除了要具備編輯專業(yè)素質(zhì)外，還要具備學(xué)術(shù)專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和信息儲(chǔ)備。

專業(yè)素養(yǎng)是學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯從事編輯工作的基礎(chǔ)。學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯要不斷學(xué)習(xí)，博覽群書(shū)，提升自身的專業(yè)知識(shí)水平，優(yōu)化專業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，增加專業(yè)信息儲(chǔ)備，以專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)眼光看待、審讀論文，這樣才能更好地與讀者、作者、編委以及審稿專家溝通，同時(shí)才能在眾多的稿件中篩選出優(yōu)秀的稿件。……
