[摘要] 目的 探討重癥單元使用后的麻醉喉鏡在消毒供應中心集中清洗、消毒之后的效果,分析其方法的應用性。方法 把重癥單元送至供應中心處理的麻醉喉鏡經初步清洗后隨機分成A、B兩組,A組共41片,B組40片,A組經全自動清洗消毒機清洗消毒后做細菌培養;B組經環氧乙烷滅菌后做細菌培養,將兩組麻醉喉鏡做細菌培養后的菌落數(cfu)進行對比分析。 結果 A組喉鏡細菌培養結果僅出現1片菌落數≥1 cfu/cm2,實際菌落數為10 cfu/cm2,經進一步培養為大腸桿菌,合格率為97.56%,B組喉鏡細菌培養結果菌落數全部小于1 cfu/cm2,合格率100%,兩組合格率比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。 結論 麻醉喉鏡片由自動清洗消毒機消毒處理和環氧乙烷滅菌效果無顯著性差別。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia laryngoscope after use in intensive care unit in central cleaning and disinfection of disinfection supply center and analyze the applicability of the method. Methods The anesthesia laryngoscopes sent from the intensive care unit to supply center were randomLy divided into group A and group B after the initial cleaning, with 41 tablets in group A and 40 tablets in group B. The bacterial culture was performed for the anesthesia laryngoscopes in the group A after disinfection of automatic cleaning and disinfection machine. And the bacterial culture was performed in the group B after sterilized with ethylene oxide. The number of colonies(cfu) of two groups of anesthesia laryngoscopes after bacterial culture was compared and analyzed. Results The bacterial culture results in group A showed only one colonies ≥1 cfu/cm and the actual number of colonies was 10 cfu/cm2. The bacteria were further cultured as E. coli, with the pass rate of 97.56%. The bacterial culture results in group A showed that all colonies were less than 1 cfu/cm2, with the pass rate of 100%. There was no difference between the two groups in the the pass rate(P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effect between the disinfection of the cleaning and disinfection machine and the ethylene oxide sterilization on sanesthesia laryngoscope.

隨著醫療技術水平的飛速發展,在麻醉情況下用喉鏡進行氣管插管在臨床上也得到了很大的普及,特別是在重癥護理科室應用越來越廣泛。但是在臨床應用中也帶來了一個共性問題,就是麻醉喉鏡是黏膜接觸類醫療用品,需要達到高水平的消毒后方可以再次使用,對使用后的麻醉喉鏡如何進行高水平的消毒,目前還沒有一個公認滿意的方法[1-3]。為尋找一種快速、簡單、有效的麻醉喉鏡消毒方法,我中心用全自動清洗消毒機清洗消毒喉鏡,并與環氧乙烷滅菌效果進行了對比,現報道如下。
