中醫(yī)針灸結(jié)合推拿治療椎動脈型頸椎病的臨床效果分析

[摘要]目的 研究中醫(yī)針灸結(jié)合推拿治療椎動脈型頸椎病的臨床效果。方法 選取2015年3月～2017年3月在我院和南昌市按摩醫(yī)院接受治療的椎動脈型頸椎病患者82例，隨機將其分為對照組和治療組，每組41例。對照組單純采用中醫(yī)針灸治療；治療組采用中醫(yī)針灸結(jié)合推拿治療。比較兩組患者的頸椎病癥狀消失時間、治療總時間、頸椎生理功能恢復(fù)正常時間、總有效率、治療期間出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng)、治療前后臨床癥狀評分的改善幅度。結(jié)果 治療組患者的頸椎病癥狀消失時間、治療總時間、頸椎生理功能恢復(fù)正常時間短于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組的總有效率為90.3%，高于對照組的68.3%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為2.4%，低于對照組的19.5%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組治療前后臨床癥狀評分的改善幅度大于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 椎動脈型頸椎病患者采用中醫(yī)針灸結(jié)合推拿技術(shù)進(jìn)行治療，可迅速改善頸椎功能，減少不良反應(yīng)，提高治療效果。

[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 82 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital and Nanchang Massage Hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=41） and the control group （n=41）.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture only while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage.The disappear time of cervical spondylosis symptoms，total treatment time，the time of returning to normal for cervical physiological function，the total effective rate，adverse reactions during treatment and improvement of clinical symptom score before and after treatment in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The disappear time of cervical spondylosis symptoms，total treatment time，the time of returning to normal for cervical physiological function in the treatment group were shorter than those of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3%，which was higher than that of the control group （68.3%），and there was a statistical difference （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.4%，which was lower than that of the control group （19.5%），and there was a statistical difference （P<0.05）.The improvement of clinical symptom score before and after treatment in the treatment group was larger than that of the control group，and there was a statistical difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can quickly improve the function of cervical vertebra，reduce the adverse reaction and improve the therapeutic effect.endprint
