【摘要】 目的:探究微生態制劑對小鼠腸道損傷后的修復作用。方法:將小鼠分5組,每組10只,對1~4組小鼠進行腹腔注射順鉑,1 mL/100 g,造受損腸道模型。然后分別用乳酸菌、功能寡糖、乳酸菌和功能寡糖混合、飲用水(陽性對照)喂養1~4組小鼠,第5組小鼠作陰性對照,常規飼料飼養。2周后比較各組小鼠小腸石蠟切片和離體小腸平滑肌收縮能力。結果:乳酸菌和功能寡糖混合3組,切片觀察小腸黏膜細胞排列緊密,小腸平滑肌收縮力最強。結論:乳酸菌與功能寡糖制劑能有效修復損傷后小腸,增強小腸蠕動。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of microecological preparation on intestinal damaged mice.Method:Divided mice into 5 groups,10 mice in each group,group 1-4 made the model of the damaged intestine mice by intraperitoneal injected cisplatin 1 mL/100 g,and fed with lactic acid bacteria,functional oligosaccharides,lactic acid bacteria and functional oligosaccharides,drinking water(positive control group)respectively,group 5 as negative control.After 2 weeks,the small intestine paraffin sections and the contractility of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle were compared.Result:Intestinal mucosa cells of the mice fed with lactic acid bacteria and functional oligosaccharides(group 3)were arranged closely and the contractility of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle was the strongest.Conclusion:Lactic acid bacteria and functional oligosaccharide can repair small intestine damaged and enhance its peristalsis effectively.

微生態制劑,是利用正常微生物或促進微生物生長的物質制成的活的微生物制劑[1-3]。也就是說,一切能促進正常微生物群生長繁殖及抑制致病菌生長繁殖的制劑都稱為微生態制劑[4-5]。乳酸菌作為重要的益生菌來源,主要通過恢復或增強腸道穩態發揮作用,是一類具有佐劑活性的非病原細菌,并有作為黏膜疫苗載體使用的潛能[6]。其中雙歧桿菌是人類腸道菌群中唯一的一種既不產生內毒素又不產生外毒素,無致病性的具有許多生理功能的有益微生物[7]。功能性低聚糖是腸道內有益菌的增殖因子,其中最明顯的增殖對象是雙歧桿菌,因為雙歧桿菌細胞表面具有寡糖的受體,而許多寡糖是有效的雙歧因子。本實驗主要比較不同組合的幾種微生態制劑對受損腸黏膜的修復作用,優化最佳組合方案,以此維護腸道健康,提高患者的生存質量,為臨床應用提供參考。……
