宜豐國泰公司改性銨油炸藥生產線用水主要是手動控制抽水泵電機，將地下水抽送到高位水塔內，由于是手動控制抽水泵電機的啟動與停止，因此無法判斷高位水塔的水位，從而造成高位水塔水位過高或是水位過低。水位過高會浪費水源和增加電耗，而水位過低又會影響生產線安全生產。本公司對生產線供水裝置進行了改進，并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Yifeng Company modified ammonium oil explosive production line,the water supply is mainly manual control pump motor,the pump motor makes groundwater pumping in high water tower,the starting and stopping of the pump motor is controlled manually,so the water level of the high water tower can not be judged ,resulting in the water level of the high water tower is too high or too low,High water level could waste water and increase power consumption ,and the water level is too low,it will affect Safety production in production lineThe company has improved the production line water supply device,and achieved good results.

0 引言

改性銨油炸藥生產線需要用水的地方很多，比如制藥設備冷卻用水、裝藥螺旋藥溫涼藥用水、鍋爐用水、消防用水、生產線衛生清掃用水以及員工生活用水等等，目前公司改性銨油炸藥生產線用水主要是通過手動控制抽水泵電機將地下水抽送到高位水塔內，但是由于是手動控制抽水泵電機的啟停，因此只能憑借經驗去估計高位水塔內的水位高度，這樣的話就容易產生誤判斷，導致高位水塔水位過高或水位過低，水位過高就會浪費水源和增加電耗，而水位過低又會影響生產線安全生產。為了解決這一難題，就必須對生產線供水裝置進行改進，讓抽水泵電機能夠根據高位水塔內的水位自動啟停，從而實現改性銨油炸藥生產線用水的自動供應，從根本上保證了生產線的安全生產。……
