資源共享型高職護理實訓基地建設的研究

[摘要] 中國護理教育的實質是一種職業教育，培訓基地是培養高素質的技術人才的重要場所，因此職業護理培訓基地的建設尤為重要。建設資源共享型實訓基地，能夠彌補校內教學資源的不足，保證醫學院校實訓教學的順利開展，又能促進與醫院、企業等用人單位的合作，使學生更快適應實際工作環境，還能完成各類醫療護理的培訓和考核工作，加大對社會的服務力度。本文總結了現階段資源共享型實訓基地建設現狀及已經取得的成績，并在此基礎上提出在基地建設過程中應遵循互贏互利的建設機制；基地內部實施企業化管理；構建基地信息化技術平臺；加強基地企業文化環境建設等合理化建議。以期促進教育資源的優勢互補，對培訓基地建設的發展和完善提供有益的補充與參考。

Study on the construction of vocational nursing training base of resource sharing model

[Abstract] The essence of Chinese nursing education is a kind of professional education， so the cultivating base is an important place where cultivates high quality technical talents， which makes constructing professional nursing training base become more and more important. The construction of training base of resource sharing model can remedy teaching resource lacking， ensure the smooth development of practice teaching in medical college， promote the cooperation between hospitals and enterprises， which can help students adjust to practical working environments， fulfill various nursing training and assessments， strengthen social service. This paper summarizes current resource sharing model training construction state and achieved results， which lays the foundation for the proposal of the mutual-benefit mechanism in the process of construction； the implement of enterprise-style management； the build of informational platform； and the strengthening of enterprise culture construction and other reasonable suggestions. The aim is to promote the complementary of each other advantages， to provide supplement and reference for the construction and development of training base. 隨著現代醫學模式和社會經濟、科學技術的不斷進步，人們對醫療服務質量的要求也在不斷提高，對護理人員的整體素質也提出了更高的要求。因此，在加強對護理學生教育的同時，還要對臨床已參加工作的護士甚至是從事護理教育的專業教師進行技術及理論的培訓。實訓基地資源共享是指醫療機構、學校共享現有資源，實現教學資源的最佳配置，使培訓基地不僅為學校護理學生提供護理技能培訓場所，而且還全面照顧社會各層次技術培訓的任務，以基地為中心輻射周邊，從而全面提升護理服務質量。……
