髖部骨折術后抗骨質疏松治療與再骨折預防

【摘要】 目的：分析髖部骨折術后采用藥物抵抗骨質疏松并預防再次骨折的重要性。方法：選取本院238例實施手術的髖部骨折患者采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組119例。對照組患者術后常規給予鈣片口服治療，觀察組患者術后在常規鈣片基礎上，給予阿侖膦酸鈉維D3片聯合自制中藥方劑。對比兩組患者治療前后的骨密度、骨代謝指標、治療過程中的不良反應發生率。結果：治療6個月后，觀察組股骨頸、腰椎L1～4、Wards三角以及大轉子的骨密度值（733.84±55.42） mg/cm2、（998.41±51.86） mg/cm2、（617.37±31.26） mg/cm2、（662.78±24.97） mg/cm2均高于對照組（654.15±42.84） mg/cm2、（912.74±38.51） mg/cm2、（537.81±27.18） mg/cm2、（619.64±28.94） mg/cm2，比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組治療后的Pyd/Cr比值（43.68±8.69）低于對照組（66.59±11.36），比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：髖骨骨折術后給予中藥聯合阿侖膦酸鈉維D3片抗骨質疏松治療的臨床效果確切，能更好地增加骨密度、緩解疼痛，利于骨折愈合，安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the importance of drug resistance and prevention of fracture after hip fracture surgery.Method： A total of 238 cases with hip fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，119 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional oral calcium treatment，while the patients in the observation group were given Alendronate Sodium and VD3 Tablets combined with Chinese Medicine prescription on the basis of conventional tablets.The bone mineral density，bone metabolism index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Result：After 6 months of treatment，femoral neck， lumbar L1-4，wards and great trochanter bone mineral density of the observation group （733.84±55.42）mg/cm2，

（998.41±51.86）mg/cm2，（617.37±31.26） mg/cm2，（662.78±24.97）mg/cm2 were higher than those in the control group （654.15±42.84）mg/cm2，（912.74±38.51）mg/cm2，（537.81±27.18）mg/cm2，（619.64±28.94）mg/cm2，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，Pyd/Cr ratio of the observation group （43.68±8.69） was lower than that of the control group （66.59±8.69），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Chinese Medicine combined with Alendronate Sodium and VD3 Tablet used in the treatment of hip fracture can increase the bone density and relieve the pain of patients，which is good for fracture healing，has definite therapeutic effect.
