Cross-Regional Cultural and Tourism Exchanges and Cooperation Signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between Chongqing and Thai Colleges

Since February this year, the Window for International Exchanges of Chongqing Culture & Tourism (WCIT) has been actively supporting the international cooperation efforts of the Chongqing Vocational College of Culture and Arts to give full play to the role of city-level cultural tourism international exchange service platforms.With the support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), WCIT has facilitated the collaboration between the Chongqing Vocational College of Culture and Arts and Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU), Thailand.On September 15, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties was held in Chongqing.

Liang Yue, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Chongqing Vocational College of Culture and Arts, expressed that the exchanges between China and Thailand were based on good faith and those between the two colleges on integrity.Liang hoped that both sides would have more tangible outcomes in terms of cooperative education, faculty and student exchanges, and course development and wished that the strategic cooperation between the two colleges would soon yield fruitful results.

Kanokkittika Kritwutikon, Director of the TAT Chengdu Office, reviewed the close cooperation and exchanges between China and Thailand.She also introduced Thailand’s five-year national tourism development plan and promoted Thailand’s high-quality tourism resources, allowing the participating guests to have a comprehensive understanding of Thailand.

During the school promotional session,Chen Yong, Deputy Dean of Chinese International College and Director of China Affairs Office at DPU, introduced basic information about DPU.He expressed that the two colleges would achieve excellent results in international exchange, scientific research exploration, faculty development,and joint talent cultivation and would also cultivate more outstanding talents for the development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Wu Xiaolan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the Chongqing Vocational College of Culture and Arts, showcased the educational philosophy of the college from various perspectives, including cultures, academics,integration, and responsibilities.She noted that the college would continue to enhance the quality of education and foster more outstanding talents in culture and arts.

On the day of the event, Kanokkittika Kritwutikon awarded Chongqing International Window Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd.the title of “Thai Tourism Experts Chongqing Training Center”.Moving forward, both parties will work together to build a training and improvement platform for professionals engaging in tourism from Chongqing to Thailand.

Chongqing—One of the Top Tourist Destinations Nationwide 8.549 Million Visits Received During the Golden Week of Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day

On October 6, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development released the cultural tourism market data for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday.According to the report, Chongqing welcomed a total of 2.3182 million overnight tourists, and 130 enclosed tourist attractions throughout the city received 8.549 million visits during the eight-day holiday.Data from OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms like Ctrip, Fliggy, Qunar, and Lvmama reveals that Chongqing emerged as one of the top tourist destinations in China, with part of its indicators ranking among the top three in the country.

Chongqing’s urban scenic spots attracted a substantial number of visits: The popular destination Ciqikou Ancient Town welcomed 909,000 visits,while the Hongyadong Folk Custom Scene Area received 878,000 visits, and the Yangtze River Cableway witnessed 110,300 visits.When it comes to cross-provincial and group tourism, 5A-rated tourist attractions remained the preferred choices:The Wulong Karst Tourism Area saw 504,000 visits, while the Qianjiang River’s Zhuoshui Scenic Area attracted 261,000 visits, and Jinfo Mountain in Nanchuan received 119,000 visits.Scenic areas like theme parks were highly favored by young people and families with children: The Chongqing Zoo welcomed 283,000 visits, and the Chongqing Garden Expo received 135,200 visits.Furthermore,historical and cultural scenic areas served as windows for outside visitors to delve into the city’s history: 199,000 People paid visits to the Gele Mountain Revolutionary Martyrs’ Cemetery, and 116,000 people visited the Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum.

During the holiday, Chongqing organized various large-scale events including the 2nd Chongqing Urban Arts Festival, the 15th China Western Animation Culture Festival, and the inauguration ceremony of Chongqing Autumn Tourism in 2023.It also launched the “Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor” themed train.In addition, over 200 cultural tourism activities, over 70 measures for the wellbeing of the people, 190 tourism guesthouses, 130 new scenic areas and spots, and 100 tourist routes were launched.Furthermore, 50 new products such as tourism and leisure blocks, camping bases, tourism performances,characteristic projects, and immersive experiences were introduced.The aim was to enhance the range of cultural tourism products available during the holiday, thus stimulating consumption potential and vitality.

A total of 42 public libraries and 41 cultural centers in Chongqing are open to the public for free, and they also offer a wide range of online services.The total in-person attendance reached 1,589,800, while 1,060,200 people accessed services online.Chongqing’s 35 main theaters and new art performance spaces organized a total of 405 shows, attracting approximately 105,000 visits.Additionally, the city’s 16 public art galleries presented 12 themed exhibitions, welcoming around 87,000 visits in total.The art exhibition “The Birth of All Things—Dai Ze’s Return to Hometown at the Age of 100” at the Chongqing Art Museum and the acrobatics show Top of the World II at Chong Qing Circus City were highly favored by visitors.

Furthermore, the city planned and launched 62 special exhibitions and 114 social educational activities.“Profundity of Literature—Exhibition of Ancient Books from Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum and Chongqing Library”, “Pass the Flame—Itinerant Exhibition of the Memorial Hall for the Red Army’s Long March”, and other themed exhibitions, as well as Mid-Autumn Festival specials such as “Exploration of Yanjinggou”and “Gathering Under Full Moon, Relish at Mid-autumn”, attracted a large number of residents to visit museums and experience the charm of excellent Chinese traditional cultures during the holiday period.

文旅跨區(qū)域交流合作重慶、泰國(guó)高校簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議

為充分發(fā)揮市級(jí)文旅國(guó)際交流服務(wù)平臺(tái)作用，今年2月以來(lái)，重慶國(guó)際文旅之窗積極助力重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院對(duì)外合作，在泰國(guó)國(guó)家旅游局支持下，成功為重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院與泰國(guó)博仁大學(xué)牽線(xiàn)搭橋，促成雙方合作。9月15日，雙方戰(zhàn)略合作簽約儀式在重慶舉行。

重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院黨委書(shū)記梁躍表示，兩國(guó)相交貴于信，兩校相交在于誠(chéng)。希望雙方在合作辦學(xué)、師生互送、課程共建上有更為直觀(guān)的產(chǎn)出，祝愿兩校戰(zhàn)略合作早日結(jié)出豐盛碩果。

泰國(guó)國(guó)家旅游局成都辦事處處長(zhǎng)金智明回顧了中泰兩國(guó)的密切合作交流，介紹了泰國(guó)5年國(guó)家旅游發(fā)展計(jì)劃，并推介泰國(guó)優(yōu)質(zhì)的旅游資源，讓與會(huì)嘉賓全面地了解泰國(guó)。

在學(xué)校推介環(huán)節(jié)，泰國(guó)博仁大學(xué)中文國(guó)際學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)暨中國(guó)事務(wù)處處長(zhǎng)陳勇，介紹了博仁大學(xué)的基本情況。他表示，兩校在國(guó)際交流、科研探索、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、人才聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)等方面都將會(huì)取得非常好的成績(jī)，也一定會(huì)為“一帶一路”建設(shè)培養(yǎng)出更多優(yōu)秀人才。

重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院黨委副書(shū)記、院長(zhǎng)吳小蘭，從人文、學(xué)術(shù)、融合、責(zé)任等方面展示了重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院的教育理念。她表示，重慶文化藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院將繼續(xù)致力于提升教育質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)更多優(yōu)秀文化藝術(shù)人才。

活動(dòng)當(dāng)日，金智明為重慶國(guó)際之窗文旅有限公司授牌“泰旅專(zhuān)家重慶培訓(xùn)中心”。未來(lái)，雙方將共同打造重慶赴泰國(guó)旅游從業(yè)者培訓(xùn)提升平臺(tái)。

旅游熱度居全國(guó)前列重慶中秋國(guó)慶黃金周迎客854.9萬(wàn)人次

10月6日，市文化旅游委發(fā)布的中秋國(guó)慶假期文化旅游市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在8天假期里，我市過(guò)夜游客接待人數(shù)為231.82萬(wàn)人次；130家封閉式旅游景區(qū)累計(jì)接待游客854.9萬(wàn)人次。來(lái)自攜程、飛豬、去哪兒、驢媽媽等OTA（在線(xiàn)旅行社）平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，重慶旅游熱度位居全國(guó)前列，部分指標(biāo)居全國(guó)前三。

都市旅游景區(qū)游客接待量較大，熱門(mén)景點(diǎn)磁器口古鎮(zhèn)90.9萬(wàn)人次，洪崖洞民俗風(fēng)貌區(qū)87.8萬(wàn)人次，長(zhǎng)江索道景區(qū)11.03萬(wàn)人次；5A景區(qū)仍是跨省游、團(tuán)隊(duì)游首選，武隆喀斯特旅游區(qū)接待游客50.4萬(wàn)人次，黔江濯水景區(qū)26.1萬(wàn)人次，南川金佛山11.9萬(wàn)人次；主題樂(lè)園類(lèi)景區(qū)深受年輕群體和親子家庭喜愛(ài)，重慶動(dòng)物園接待游客28.3萬(wàn)人次，重慶園博園13.52萬(wàn)人次；歷史文化類(lèi)景區(qū)成為外地游客了解城市歷史的窗口，歌樂(lè)山烈士陵園接待游客19.9萬(wàn)人次，重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館11.6萬(wàn)人次。

節(jié)日期間，全市組織舉辦第二屆重慶都市藝術(shù)節(jié)、第十五屆中國(guó)西部動(dòng)漫文化節(jié)、2023重慶秋季旅游啟動(dòng)儀式等大型活動(dòng)，開(kāi)行“巴蜀文化旅游走廊”主題列車(chē)，推出文化旅游活動(dòng)200余項(xiàng)、惠民措施70余項(xiàng)、旅游民宿190家、新景區(qū)景點(diǎn)130個(gè)、旅游線(xiàn)路100條，旅游休閑街區(qū)、露營(yíng)基地、旅游演藝、特色項(xiàng)目、沉浸體驗(yàn)等新產(chǎn)品50個(gè)，著力豐富假日文化旅游產(chǎn)品供給，激發(fā)消費(fèi)潛力和活力。

全市42家公共圖書(shū)館、41家文化館免費(fèi)開(kāi)放，并提供內(nèi)容豐富的線(xiàn)上服務(wù)，到館人數(shù)158.98萬(wàn)人次，線(xiàn)上服務(wù)106.02萬(wàn)人次。全市35家主要?jiǎng)?chǎng)和演藝新空間演出405場(chǎng)，累計(jì)接待觀(guān)眾約10.5萬(wàn)人次，全市16家公共美術(shù)館推出12個(gè)主題展覽，累計(jì)接待觀(guān)眾約8.7萬(wàn)人次。重慶美術(shù)館“萬(wàn)物生——百歲戴澤重回故里藝術(shù)展”、重慶國(guó)際馬戲城《極限快樂(lè)2》雜技秀等受到廣大游客青睞。

全市策劃推出62項(xiàng)專(zhuān)題展覽和114項(xiàng)社教活動(dòng)。《丹函萃蘊(yùn)——重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館、重慶圖書(shū)館藏古籍展》《薪火賡續(xù)——紅軍長(zhǎng)征主題紀(jì)念館巡禮》等主題展覽，以及中秋特輯“探秘鹽井溝”“月圓雅會(huì)、趣享中秋”等主題活動(dòng)，吸引廣大市民在假日期間走進(jìn)博物館，感受中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的魅力。
