摘要[目的]對黃秋葵苗期的鹽脅迫反應及耐鹽閾值進行分析。[方法]采用盆栽試驗,分析不同鹽分質量分數的濱海原土對黃秋葵幼苗生長發育的影響,通過相關性分析和回歸分析,確定黃秋葵幼苗期耐鹽鑒定指標和耐鹽閾值。[結果]鹽脅迫下幼苗株高、莖粗、葉片數、根長、地上和地下干物質量均受到影響,其中株高和莖粗明顯下降,而葉片數所受影響最小;從土壤鹽分質量分數為0.4%開始,隨著鹽脅迫的增加,黃秋葵幼苗的干物質量大幅下降;確定了黃秋葵苗期耐鹽鑒定指標為地上干物質重,耐鹽閾值為0.491%。[結論]黃秋葵耐鹽性較強,適宜在輕、中度鹽堿區種植。

Abstract[Objective]To study the response of orka to saline stress and salt tolerance threshold at seeding stage. [Method]
Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of coastal saline alkali soil on growth of okra,salt tolerance index and salt tolerance threshold in the seedling stage of okra were determined through correlation analysis and regression analysis.[Result]Plant height,stem diameter, leaf numbers, root length aboveground and underground dry weight were effected,which plant height and stem diameter remarkably decreased,but the impact of leaf numbers was minimal.
When salt concentration was higher than 0.4%,with the soil salt cocentration increasing, the dry mass of orka remarkably declined . The dry mass of aboveground was determined as salt tolerance index of orka, the salt tolerance threshold was 0.491%. [Connclusion]Okra has strong salt tolerance, which is suitable for planting in light and moderate saline alkali area.

土壤鹽漬化一直是限制農業生產的世界性問題[1-3]。濱海鹽漬土是鹽漬化土壤的一種類型,土壤NaCl含量高,通透性差,嚴重影響作物的生長。不同植物或同一種植物不同品種間的耐鹽性不同,通過挖掘植物本身的耐鹽能力,篩選和培育耐鹽植物品種是開發利用鹽漬土的有效途徑之一[4],對研究植物的抑鹽脫鹽效果、提高作物產量都具有重要意義。因此,篩選耐鹽功能型植物,發展鹽堿地功能植物種植產業,不僅能夠高效利用鹽土資源,改良修復鹽堿地,還可為濱海鹽堿區農業種植結構調整、農民增收、農業增效探索新途徑,為濱海現代農業發展提供新模式?!?br>
