一、文體概述

招領啟事是拾到物品的個人或集體，用書面形式請失主前來認領時使用的一種應用文。其內容包括：

1. 在正文上方居中寫Found；

2. 拾到的時間、地點；

3. 拾到物品的特征；

4. 表明尋找主人的意圖；

5. 提供聯系方式或地址；

6. 該啟事的有效時間。

拾到者執筆寫的啟事需用第一人稱，反之用第三人稱。另外，拾到的物品時間用一般過去時，物品的特征等內容則一般用一般現在時。

二、必備短語

1. a shopping bag 購物袋

2. a make-up bag 化妝品提包

3. claim it directly 直接認領

4. period of validity？ 有效期

5. the deadline for ……的截止日期

李華寫了一則失物招領啟事，內容包括了撿到失物的時間、地點、大衣的特征，他的聯系方式與該啟事的有效期等。

1. 在January 前加on 具體日期前應用介詞on。

2. find→found 有具體的過去時間應用一般過去時。

3. Exact→Exactly 修飾分詞speaking用副詞。

4. are→is 因there be句式后跟的是a purse，因此be用單數形式is。

5. cards→card 里面有一張書店的會員卡，前面已出現a，名詞card應用單數。

6. though→so 前后兩句是因果關系，用連詞so。

7. myself→me 請給我打電話，不是給我自己打電話，充當call賓語用me。

8. contacted→contact 在情態動詞后用動詞原形。

9. 刪去by the emailing 中的the 因通過做某事用by doing sth即可。

10. what→that 因名詞性從句內容完整不缺少成分，用that連接。
