高考英語活動安排類書面表達題導寫

一、文體概述

活動安排的寫作多用于日常生活中的通知、告示等應用文的文體中，一般要求考生就題目所提供的要求和要點，寫出活動的目的、時間、地點、具體內容等。這類型的寫作通常都是使用一般將來時態。如果寫的是通知告示的安排，文字要用相對正式的用語；若是邀請函，語氣要做到禮貌客氣，懇切真誠。

二、必備短語

1. on behalf of... 代表……

2. warmly welcome熱烈歡迎

3. tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you告訴您我們為您所做的安排

4. meet sb 接見某人

5. show sb around... 帶某人參觀……

6. visit/pay a visit to some place 參觀/拜訪某地

7. enrich students after-class life 豐富學生的課外生活

8. arouse the interest of ... 激發……興趣

9. try ones utmost to do sth竭盡某人的所能做某事

10. outdoor activity戶外活動

11. make comment on sth 對某事作出評論

12. present the prize頒獎

三、套用句式

1. On behalf of our school， I warmly welcome your visit. 代表學校，我熱烈地歡迎您的到訪。

2. As Chairman of the Students Union， I am pleased to tell you our arrangement /what we have arranged for you.作為學生會主席，我很高興能給您介紹我們為您所做的安排。

3. We are going to meet you at the airport at 10 a.m. the day after tomorrow. 我們打算在后天上午十點在機場接您。

4. A talent show， in which you can experience the traditional Chinese culture， will be performed by us for you. 我們將為你們表演一場精彩的才藝秀，在里面你們可以體驗到傳統的中華文化。

四、習作修改 下列習作中共有10處語言錯誤，每句中最多有兩處。每處錯誤涉及一個單詞的增加、刪除或修改。

A group of British students are coming to our school in next week. Here are the arrangements for them in details. At 8：30 a.m. on Tuesday， the principal as well as the English teachers， are going to attend the welcoming ceremony and then showing the visitors around the school.

In the afternoon， the visitors are suppose to go to have an English class with the students of Class One， Senior One. After that， there will be an English corner， in which the English lovers are encouraged take part.

On Wednesday morning， a basketball match between the British team or our school team would be held on the playground. Final， everyone can come to enjoy the performances at the auditorium at 7：30 p.m. to be given by student from both countries.

五、課堂練習

假設你是鎮光中學學生會主席李華，澳大利亞某中學的訪華團將要在下周來你校進行友好訪問，你給訪華團的領隊Mr. Smith寫一封信。要點包括：

1. 歡迎訪華團的到來；

六、課外作業

參考答案與范文

習作修改

1. 去掉in 在next week前不需要用介詞。

2. details → detail 因in detail是固定搭配，意思是“詳細地”。

3. are → is 因主語是the principal，故謂語動詞用單數。

4. showing → show 本句中show與attend并列，都用原形。

5. suppose →supposed 因be supposed to do sth是固定搭配，意思是“應該做某事”。

6. 在encouraged與take之間加to 由encourage sb to do sth 句型可知。

7. or →and 因between...and... 是固定搭配，意思是“在……和……之間”。

8. would → will 此處講述的是將來的安排，故用一般將來時而不是過去將來時。

9. Final → Finally 放在句首作狀語用副詞。

10. student →students 指兩國的學生，因此student要用復數形式。

Dear Miss Brown，

It will be held at the school auditorium at 4 p.m. next Thursday. 30 contestants， representing each class of our school， will try their utmost to compete for the champion. The competition is supposed to last about one and a half hours， during which a short English play will be put on by students from the School Drama Organization， so that the audience as well as the contestants can relax themselves from the fierce competition for a little while.

After the competition， we hope you can make some comments on this activity and present the prizes to the winner.
