高考英語節日介紹類書面表達題導寫

一、文體概述

首先，在介紹節日的說明文中，應注意時態，如介紹節日的風俗習慣及節日在人們生活中的意義時，通常用一般現在時；而介紹節日的歷史傳統，應該使用一般過去時。此外，在節日介紹中需要注意用語的規范性，特別是日期的表達以及介詞的使用，如籠統日期用in，具體用日期用on等。

Sweetest Day is celebrated on the third Saturday in October as a day to make someone happy. It is an occasion which offers all of us an opportunity to remember not only the sick， the aged， and children who have lost their parents， but also friends and neighbors whose helpfulness and kindness we have enjoyed.

About 60 years ago， when a Cleveland man noticed that some people， such as children who lost their parents and patients who lay in bed， too often felt forgotten and neglected， he tried to show them that they were remembered by giving them small gifts on a Saturday in October. Soon the idea spread to other cities all over the USA and now is celebrated every year.

The Mid-autumn Festival， an important traditional Chinese festival， falls on August the fifteenth day of the lunar calendar. It is celebrated in China and other Asian countries because the Asian people believe that the moon is the symbol of union and happiness. On that day， the family go back home to have a family reunion， enjoying a great feast and chatting happily. After the dinner， people eat moon cakes， which are round cakes with meat， eggs， nuts and other things inside， after which they go out to admire the full moon， hoping to be blessed with luck. Children also enjoy themselves by playing toy lanterns happily. To conclude， the Mid-autumn Festival is a wonderful festival and all the people enjoy it.
