ObjectiveTo explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on voice rehabilitation of patients after vocal cord polyp operation.MethodsForty patients undergoing the vocal cord polyp operation between June 2013 and December 2014 were chosen into the control group, while those treated between January 2015 and June 2016 were selected into the observation group. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with high quality nursing. The voice and acoustic parameters were recorded and compared between the two groups. The fibrolaryngoscope test and laryngeal vocal ability test were conducted.ResultsCompared with the control group, the jitter, shimmer and NHR of the observation group were lower. Three months after the treatment, the treating effect of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (Z=-3.566,P<0.001). The visual analogue scale score of the former group was significantly higher than the latter group(t=6.703，P<0.001).ConclusionThe high quality nursing can significantly promote the voice rehabilitation in patients after the vocal cord polyp significantly.

目的探討優質護理干預在聲帶息肉患者術后嗓音康復中的應用效果。方法選取2013年6月-2014年12月進行聲帶息肉摘除術的40例患者為對照組，給予常規護理；選取2015年1月-2016年6月進行聲帶息肉摘除術的40例患者為觀察組，在對照組的基礎上給予優質護理。比較2組患者嗓音聲學參數的測試結果、治療效果及患者對喉發聲能力的自主評分。結果觀察組基頻微擾、振幅微擾、噪諧比與對照組比較差異均具有統計學意義。術后3個月，觀察組治療效果明顯好于對照組(Z=-3.566，P<0.001)，患者喉發聲能力自主評分明顯高于對照組(t=6.703，P<0.001)。結論優質護理干預可明顯提高聲帶息肉患者術后嗓音康復質量。
