In the personalized learning environment，college class culture construction depends on the individual，the organization college students assume people etc.The formation of class culture stems mainly from college students the cognition of its dual role.Therefore，higher education departments should build college students'individual learning environment and the classlearning environment such asa combination of college classculture cultivating mode.

Colle ge students is an important part of national high-level personnel,is the hope and the future of the nation in the country.Shoulder the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great Chinese dream the enormity of the task.Moment in the current personalized learning environment,contemporary college students a class in self learning environment,learning environment has changed the personalized learning environment.However,in this complex and personalized learning environment,part of the construction of university class culture lag phenomenon is relatively common.Personalized learning environment in colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of college class culture is particularly important.

一　、Personalized　learning　and　individualized learning environment

（一）Personalized learning

Personalized learning has a long history in China,the earliest Confucius put forward according to the different characteristics of students,or im prove the occasion,or complementeach other,promote the student individuality development point of view.Personalized learning is a focus on cultivating and developing students'creativity，guide them to competition,learn to challenge,learn to surmount forefa thers and self,full of curiosity about science and exploration spirit,grow up to be,independent personality and creative ability of newtalent.Personalized learning is a kind of about one's personality ideal and goal of development,namely through education fully of the educatee's personality development and improvement;In practical level,it is a kind of basic requirements of human education,namely according to the individual character characteristic of educatees to take targeted measures,simply speaking,is on the basis of personality education.

（二）Personalized learning environment

Personalized learning environ mentis to point to in the case of the current information,the learning environment of universities in self learning space and time,the learning methods and learning purpose and soon various aspects are present and past is not the same,from unified modeling of the learning environment gradually shift to personalized learning environment,is in view of the unification of traditional education,starting fromthe person's personality,a kind of people-oriented "education ecology".Personalized learning environment,in short,refers to according to the personality characteristics of learners create more flexible learning activities,to protect the learners'individual needs the best learning methods and strategies.The author thinks that,personalized learning environment can be defined as:personalized learning environment according to each student's personality,interests,special skills,needs,learning time,content,schedule,mode,method of flexiblelearning environment.Personalized learningenvironmentin pursuing individuality,freedomand comprehensive development of students as the forerunner,respect the learners'interest,hobbies and needs,fully arouse the students' autonomous learning.

二、Personalized learning environment for college students of class culture construction

Personalized learning environment for college students the class culture construction mainly for personalized learning environment and the in fluence of the class learning environment in the cultural construction of the class.

（ 一）Personalized self learning environment affect the construction of class culture identity

A class culture construction cannot leave the classes of class culture identity.Only the classes have a common understanding ofclass culture,so the construction of class culture can meet with the approval of theclass members.In personalized learning environment，however,the traditional pattern of class culture building has been challenged,a new learning method,way and method constantly updated,such as MOOC,turning the classroom and putin to use of 3 Dprinting technology,makes the learning environment of the self into the informatization,digitalization and dynamic,previously reported on,blackboard,concentrated in the morning and evening self-study has gradually replaced.Class members started in informatization，digitization and dynamic learning environment began to create their own learning culture,it is difficult to find the whole class a share amongall themembers of theclass cultural,members of theclass the traditional pattern of class culture construction gradually strange,to network,microb logging,We Chat,on the Internet instead of class home more com for table.

（二）Personalized class learning environment affect the stability ofclassculture construction

At present personalized class learning environment,students in the same class classmate,not students in different classes,and lay with different class,class different bed is common.The students according to their own professional direction and the in terest to choose teachers and their own courses,study and discuss together during class,after class just fam iliar strangers.The traditional natural class is useless,students of the class relation and communication mainly through in for matization,networking and fragmentation of QQ，We Chat,fetion,APP and modern network platform for past the traditional culture,natural class's and grade's acquaintances class meeting have been replaced with a modern learning environment gradually.Past the continuation of nature,the old class culture construction mode by the challenge of learning environment，personalized class once stable,fixed and invariable natural class has become a network,the flow,the modernization of real-time network class.

三　、College students' personalized　learning environment countermeasure analysis of class culture construction

In the presentpersonalized learning environ ment,as a line of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities student cadre,needs to keep pace,grasping the pulse of The Times,make full use of dynamic,personalized learning environment,strengthen the thinking of college class culture construction,to gain the initiative in the class culture construction.

（一）To strengthen the self learning environment，enhance the self-identity ofclassculture construction

Marxist philosophy,points out that the external cause is the condition of development and change of things,the internal cause is the basis of development and change of things,external cause by internal work.Students in the process of strengthening the class culture construction can accept the in fluence of the outside world,and how acceptable level,depending on their main body role play.Spontaneous class culture construction activities,students should be encouraged to actively guide,to inspire students'initiative，enthusiasm and initiative,to achieve the university student to the class culture construction self-awareness,self-regulation and self practice.Justas the fam ous educator Sue Home linsky said:"promote the education of self,is the true education."Through their self-cultivation,to strengthen the understanding of their own，cognition and identity.Actively use modern means of information platformtobuild modern class culture.Only having the right class in the construction of cultural cognition to set up the correct class consciousness,to fulfill the class culture construction in practice behavior,develop excel lent class culture.

To sum up,the personalized learning environment,college class culture construction is a long-term process,it needs from aspects of the college students' personal accom plishment,class practice together,finally promote students'consciousness of class culture construction to improve class and,in turn,to translate in to action the cognitive,making the class culture construction goal smooth realization.
