摘 要:預應力鋼筋混凝土,就是事先人為地在鋼筋混凝土中引入內部應力,且其數值和分布恰好能將使用荷載產生的應力抵消到一個合適程度的混凝土。預應力鋼筋混凝土結構由于采用了高強度材料和預應力工藝,節省了材料,減少了構件截面尺寸,進而減輕了構件自重,因而特別適合于建造由恒載控制設計的大跨度橋梁。在曲線配筋或大型構件的橋梁施工中,多采用后張法建立預應力,靠錨具來傳遞和控制預應力。預應力鋼絞線施工是橋梁施工質量控制的關鍵環節之一,在施工中要高度重視。本文就箱梁預應力鋼絞線施工中的各施工環節質量控制進行論述。

Abstract: Prestressed reinforced concrete, is that the prior factitious ground is introduced in reinforced concrete inner stress and its numerical and distribution can be produced using just the stress offset load to a suitable degree of concrete. Prestressed reinforced concrete structure as a result of the high strength materials and the prestressing processes, save material, reduced the component section size and thus alleviate the components, and particularly suitable for gravity by constant load control design to build the large span bridge. The curve of large components reinforcement or the bridge construction in, use more zhang method to establish the prestressed, after by the anchorage to transmission and control of prestressed cable. Prestressed strands of the bridge construction quality control of construction is one of the key links, in construction, must pay close attention to. This paper box girder construction of prestressed strands of construction link quality control system were discussed.

1.千斤頂與油表校正
預應力張拉的設備應按錨具說明書的千斤頂型號配套使用。千斤頂在使用前必須按要求及時經主管部門授權的法定計量技術機構進行千斤頂、油泵及油壓表配套標定,確定其校正系數,張拉時嚴格按標定報告上注明的油泵號、油表號和千斤頂號配套安裝使用。張拉前,應按照校正系數公式計算出分級加載的油表讀數與張拉力的對應值。
在下列情況下應重新標定:新千斤頂初次使用前;油壓表指針不能退回零點時;千斤頂、油壓表和油管進行過更換或維修后;當千斤頂使用超過6個月或張拉超過200次以上;在使用過程中出現其他不正?,F象。
由于千斤頂和儀表的特殊作用,要求千斤頂和儀表由專人使用和管理,操作人員需具備預應力施工知識方可上崗操作。……
