摘 要:隨著建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)的不斷提高,各類建筑保溫材料如雨后春筍般地涌現(xiàn)出來,其中膨脹珍珠巖保溫板作為近年來發(fā)展起來的一種新型建筑保溫材料,以其質(zhì)輕、高強、保溫以及生產(chǎn)工藝簡單、阻燃和造價低等諸多優(yōu)點,開始被市場所認(rèn)可,并逐步得到推廣和應(yīng)用。本文通過將膨脹珍珠巖保溫板與其他保溫材料進(jìn)行比較,簡要分析了膨脹珍珠巖保溫板的特點,論述了其在建筑節(jié)能中的應(yīng)用情況及今后發(fā)展方向。

Introduction to expanded perlite insulation board in The application of the building energy conservation

Abstract: with the continuous improvement of building energy efficiency technology, all kinds of building insulation materials such as bamboo shoots, which expanded perlite insulation board as developed in recent years a new type of building insulation materials, with its light weight, high strength, heat preservation and simple production process, flame retardant and low cost a lot of advantage, begin to be accepted by the market and gradually promoted and applied. In this article, through the expanded perlite insulation board compared with other thermal insulation material, the brief analysis of the characteristics of the expanded perlite insulation board, discusses its application in the building energy conservation and development direction in the future.

引言
隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高及新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,使得我國建筑能耗日益增長,并成為今后能源消耗的一個主要增長點。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,目前建筑在建造及使用過程中所產(chǎn)生的能耗已占據(jù)社會總能耗的1∕3以上。當(dāng)前,資源緊缺與環(huán)境污染問題已成為制約國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要問題,近年來,出現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)多數(shù)地區(qū)的持續(xù)霧霾天氣,很大程度上凸顯出了能源問題對環(huán)境的影響。因此,伴隨著國家節(jié)能減排政策的深入推進(jìn),建筑節(jié)能也將朝著更嚴(yán)、更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展。
據(jù)統(tǒng)計,外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)所散失的熱量大約占建筑熱量損失的70%,其中又以外墻保溫對整個外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫性能影響最大,不斷提高墻體保溫隔熱效果,對提升建筑節(jié)能水平有著重要意義。長期以來,相關(guān)企業(yè)圍繞外墻保溫材料開展了深入的研究與探索,一些新的產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)不斷被開發(fā)和應(yīng)用,雖然種類及名稱各異,但從本質(zhì)上看,保溫材料仍以漿料及板材兩大類為主,目前,市場上常見的有XPS板、EPS板、巖棉板、膨脹珍珠巖保溫板及玻化微珠保溫砂漿等。……
