The influencing factors and Countermeasures of College Students’ Autonomous Learning

【Abstract】with the continuous development of society， people's life has become increasingly rich， but with the development of society， we are increasingly being tempted， the most obvious is our life in the University， the students focused on autonomous learning， but with the temptation is more and more big， the college students' autonomous learning learning ability to drop， a lot of people irresistible university life becomes boring temptation. What are the factors that affect college students' autonomous learning？

At present， the level of College Students' autonomous learning not only affects the academic performance of college students， but also has a great influence on the development of College Students' employment. Therefore， for a long time， autonomous learning has been an important educational goal， but whether it is college students' autonomous learning ability and not greatly improved， which makes the learning ability of students decreased while also reducing the learning efficiency and Influencing College Students' autonomous learning factors， we should be how to deal with？

1. Analysis on the influencing factors of College Students' Autonomous Learning

1.1 teacher factors

College Students' autonomous learning ability is poor， part of the reason is from teacher factors， inadequate management of teachers in Colleges and universities， so some students with high school teacher has been in supervised learning style， all of a sudden management efforts is not big enough， students' autonomous learning ability， learning abilities reduced.

1.2 environmental factors

Students' learning ability declining， environmental factors， a good learning environment is also very important， in college students generally in classroom， dormitory and library， if these places of learning atmosphere is not high， then students' learning desire will be greatly reduced， resulting in students' autonomous learning ability cultivation

1.3 own factors

College Students' autonomous learning ability is poor， mostly caused by its own factors， college students， if there is no clear learning objectives， will cause the students' self control ability is poor， unable to resist the temptation of， such as the temptation of the network， students can't not reasonable to arrange a time to waste time on unnecessary things， and the decline of learning and desire.

2. Countermeasures

2.1 to create a good learning atmosphere， to stimulate students' autonomous learning ability， so that students actively integrate into the classroom， take the initiative to acquire knowledge， the use of knowledge， to cultivate students' active learning ability. Choose the appropriate method， choose the students have the confidence and ability to complete tasks and activities， mobilize the enthusiasm of the students， so that the students' autonomy is fully played， so that their sense of accomplishment to be met.

2.2 to students as the center， strengthen teachers on students' self management， self adjustment， enhance students' sense of self， to foster correct learning objectives， resolutely resist the temptation， to prevent Internet addiction， reasonable to arrange a time， actively to do all the work， the problem should be issued in a timely manner， timely corrective， self reflection， actively cultivate autonomous learning awareness.

Therefore， the influencing factors of College Students' autonomous learning mainly include three aspects： school environment factors， teachers' factors and students' own factors， from three aspects， to improve students' autonomous learning ability. Different scoring methods are also different， therefore， is to choose the appropriate teaching methods， according to their ability to teaching students
