ROUTE 1 LUOFUSHAN MOUNTAIN-HUIZHOU WEST LAKE-XUNLIAO BAY

線路一：羅浮山-惠州西湖-巽寮灣

Climb the Luofushan Mountain and visit the Taoist Temples & Caves within.

The Luofushan Mountain, one of the ten most famous Taoist mountains in China, is a holy place for Taoists of all times. Before the Qing Dynasty , it was a place of pilgrimage for the believers of the three greatest Chinese religions or philosophies – Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.

Spots to see∶ Taoist temples, waterfalls, water springs, herb-washing pools, Cooking Furnace and Artemisinin Garden Accommodation & Food

Visit Huizhou West Lake & the Cityscape

The West Lake in downtown Huizhou, like its namesake in Hangzhou, is a rare oasis of serenity in a modern city. As historical records read, “Of all the 36 lakes by the name of West Lake in China, only the one in Huizhou can rival the West Lake in Hangzhou”.

Xunliao Bay – A Paradise on the Northern Tropic

Xunliao Bay is one of the purest spots along the hundreds of kilometers of coastline in the eastern part of Guangdong.
