公安院校警體教育訓練工作創新研究

摘 要 公安院校警察體育是一門提高公安民警體質健康和技戰術水平的重要學科，警體教育訓練工作應適應公安教育改革和警察執法的實際需要，以實戰需要為基礎及時調整教學內容、創新教學方法，加強警察體育教學團隊及教師隊伍職業化建設，推進警察體能和警察技戰術訓練的一體化進程，不斷提升警察技戰術訓練水平和警察隊伍的執法戰斗力，推動警察體育科學訓練理論與方法的發展，更好地為公安工作服務。

Abstract Police PE in Police College is a physical health and improve the technical and tactical police an important subject， Police Physical Education and Training should be adapted to the actual needs of the public security police education reform and enforcement to combat the need for the timely adjustment of teaching content-based， innovative teaching the method of strengthening the police team and the teachers of physical education professional， promoting police physical and technical and tactical training of police integration process， and constantly improve the level of technical and tactical training of police and law enforcement combat police force， pushing the police sports science training theory and methods development， better services for the public security work.

警察體育由于其研究對象的特殊性，決定了其價值指向的不同。警察體育是研究警察的身體和精神如何適應職業和執法環境的需要，通過科學的有針對性的身體訓練最大限度發揮機體機能，提高公安隊伍執法戰斗力的學科。警察體育和軍事體育一樣，其組織實施不同于普通的體育活動是以自愿為原則，而是一種強制性的訓練活動。①

我省公安機關自2014年9月開始實行全省公安民警警務實戰技能訓練考核（考核1000米、俯臥撐、設計、警械使用等）活動以來，到今年9月份已經考核了10期6000多人次，省廳這項考核活動的開展得到了各級公安機關領導和教育訓練部門的高度重視，有效地促進了全省公安民警的體質健康和技戰術水平的提高。但我們在考核中也發現公安民警體能素質和技戰術水平與公安隊伍面對的日益艱巨和錯綜復雜的治安形勢的要求還存在一定的差距。……
