海南熱帶水果產業的SWTO—CLPV矩陣分析

摘 要 分析海南熱帶水果產業的發展狀況，為海南政府制定決策以及企業發展提供參考。利用SWOT-CLPV矩陣分析海南熱帶水果產業的外部環境和內部能力，利用機會和規避威脅，得出海南熱帶水果產業發展的途徑。海南熱帶水果產業應定位于杠桿性市場態勢和脆弱性競爭態勢較為合理，應調優增效，完善產業鏈，差異化競爭，以抗擊風險。

Abstract Analyzed the development situation of the tropical fruit industry in Hainan， which provides reference for Hainan government to make decision and the development of enterprises. To analyze the external environment and internal capability of the tropical fruit industry by using SWOT-CLPV matrix in Hainan， and draw a resolution of the tropical fruit industry in Hainan. Hainan tropical fruit industry should be positioned to leverage the market trend and fragile competitive posture is more reasonable， tuning efficiency， improve the industrial chain， differentiated competition and fight risk.

隨著海南建設國際旅游島以來，海南熱帶水果產業有了長足發展。中國——東盟自由貿易區的建立，也給海南熱帶水果產業的發展帶來了機會和挑戰。2015年，海南成為全國唯一一個省域“多規合一”試點，這給海南熱帶水果產業的優勢發展帶來了機會，除東南亞之外，世界上大部分熱帶地區均屬干旱沙漠地區，海南有發展熱帶水果不可多得的“地利”優勢；從國際水果市場的供求形勢來看，近年來呈現出溫帶水果過剩、熱帶水果稀缺的格局，熱帶水果具有較為廣闊的發展前景。因此，研究海南熱帶水果產業的發展，對于拉升海南經濟有著重要意義。

劉海清等[1-2]通過國際市場占有率、貿易競爭力指數、顯示性比較優勢指數、顯示性競爭優勢指數等指標對中國熱帶水果的國際競爭力進行了評價，為中國熱帶水果的產業區劃提供指導意義；利用效益比較優勢指數、規模比較優勢指數、產值比較優勢指數、綜合比較優勢指數對海南省熱帶水果的生產優勢進行評估，為海南省熱帶水果產業的發展提供指導意義。……
