Reasons of Haze Weather霧霾產(chǎn)生的原因

This kind of air pollutant1comes from a variety of natural and man?made sources. Natural sources can include windblown dust, and soot2from wildfires. Manmade sources can include motor vehicles, industrial fu?el burning and manufacturing3operations. The one of the main cause that touches off haze is manufacturing operations. Many factories producethe smog that has over the standard and the smog seriously influence the air become air pollution.

Harm of Haze Weather霧霾帶來的危害

It’s reported that monitoring data showed the Air Quality Index in most parts of Beijing reached 500, the maximum pollution level. Outdoor sports activities for primary and middle schools were ordered to be halt?ed1in extremely2polluted areas. People are told to stay indoors and avoid outdoor physical activities. Thick, off-the-scale smog shrouds3east?ern China, forcing airlines to cancel flights because of poor visibility and prompting Beijing to temporarily shut factories and curtail4fleets of gov?ernment cars.

The components1that make up haze can have negative effect on peo?ple’s health especially that of the children and the elderly. Also not ex?cluded2are those who have certain diseases such as asthma3, allergy4, and pneumonia5and lung disease. Workers working in the open air have a high risk in their health. The monitors measure levels of airborne PM 2.5 particulates. These tiny particles are considered among the most harm?ful as they can travel deep into the respiratory6tract, reaching the lungs.Exposure7is linked to respiratory and other problems.

Solutions of Haze Weather霧霾的解決方案

To settle this problem, a series of measures should be taken as fol?lows. First, we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate pollutants. Second, we should enact1more strict laws and regu?lations and keep perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people’s daily action and the industrial production and pun?ish those factories that ignore2the protection and keep emitting3danger?ous material that cause haze. Third, we should develop green and energysaving energy to lower the emission of haze and improve air quality. What’s more, the elderly, children and those suffering from respiratory and cardiovascular4diseases are advised to stay indoors to reduce expo?sure to polluted air. If we go out, we should wear a mask.

要解決這個問題，應(yīng)該采取下面一系列措施。首先，我們應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)空氣監(jiān)測，以降低小顆粒污染物的水平。其次，我們應(yīng)該制定更嚴(yán)格的法律法規(guī)，不斷完善我國現(xiàn)行的環(huán)境保護(hù)法，規(guī)范人們的日常行為和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)，查處那些無視保護(hù)環(huán)境、一直投放造成霧霾的危險物質(zhì)的工廠。第三，我們應(yīng)該開發(fā)綠色和節(jié)能的能源，以降低煙霧的排放，改善空氣質(zhì)量。另外，老人、兒童和患有呼吸和心血管疾病的人應(yīng)留在室內(nèi)避免暴露于污染的空氣中。如果我們外出，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)佩戴口罩。（1. enact vt.頒布，頒布；擔(dān)任……角色；2. ignore vt.忽視；3. emit vt.發(fā)出；頒布；發(fā)表；4. cardiovascular adj.心血管的）
