健康教育在喉癌術(shù)后患者中的應(yīng)用效果分析

[摘要]目的:觀察喉癌手術(shù)患者實(shí)施健康教育的效果。方法 選取2013年2月-2015年2月收治入院進(jìn)行治療的70例喉癌患者為觀察對象,根據(jù)采用的護(hù)理措施不同分為健康教育組和常規(guī)組,每組35例。常規(guī)組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方法,健康教育組在常規(guī)組護(hù)理方法的基礎(chǔ)上給予健康教育,比較2組患者護(hù)理后的功能狀態(tài)評分(KPS)和體力狀況評分(ECOG)以及生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果:護(hù)理后2組患者KPS評分均有所提高,且健康教育組KPS評分為(87.12±4.37)分,高于常規(guī)組的(79.75±8.62)分,差異有顯著性(P<0.05);護(hù)理后健康教育組ECOG評分為(1.13±0.26)分,低于常規(guī)組的(2.01±0.32)分,差異無顯著性(P>0.05);健康教育組生活質(zhì)量評分為(89.15±16.27)分,高于常規(guī)組的(76.68±15.34)分,差異有顯著性(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:規(guī)范的健康教育對喉癌術(shù)后患者生活質(zhì)量的提高有顯著意義,有助于患者早日回歸社會。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the effect of the implementation of health education in patients with laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods:70 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were selected as the research objects who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015.The cases were further divided into a health education group and a routine group according to different nursing measures, 35 cases in each.The routine group was educated with the conventional nursing methods,while the health education group was added with health education.KPS and ECOG scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups of patients after nursing.Results:After nursing the KPS scores improved in both groups,and health education group's KPS scores (87.12±4.37) were higher than those of the routine group (79.75±8.62,P< 0.05).The ECOG scores of the health education group (1.13±0.26) were lower than the routine group (2.01±0.32,P> 0.05).The quality of life scores in the health education group (89.15±16.27) were higher than those of the routine group (76.68±15.34,P< 0.05).Conclusion:Standardization in the health education is of great significance for promoting the quality of life of postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer. It may help patients return to society as soon as possible. It is worth clinical application and promotion.

人類喉部惡性腫瘤中,喉癌是比較多見的一種,對患者生命安全造成嚴(yán)重威脅。且近年來,其發(fā)病率有顯著上升趨勢。臨床對其治療主要通過切除術(shù),根除病灶,盡量保證患者生理機(jī)能所受損傷最小,保證其生存質(zhì)量[1]。而健康教育的開展是其目的實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要手段,并在臨床工作中受到高度重視,健康教育工作是否順利開展,對患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)產(chǎn)生極大影響[2]。筆者選取2013年2月-2015年2月我院接收的70例行切除術(shù)喉癌患者進(jìn)行分析觀察,現(xiàn)報告如下。
1資料與方法
1.1資料本資料70例為行切除術(shù)喉癌患者。所有患者均接受喉鏡取活檢,確診為喉癌,不存在顯著手術(shù)禁忌證?;颊呶幕骄鶠樾W(xué)或小學(xué)以上,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)查問卷理解和真實(shí)信息回饋;患者精神意識正常,且自愿參與本次研究?!?br>
