[摘要]目的：探討芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊對冠心病患者心臟舒張功能的影響。方法：選擇“IL-33和eNOS基因標(biāo)簽SNPs與冠心病發(fā)生的關(guān)聯(lián)研究”中經(jīng)冠脈造影明確診斷為冠心病，左心功能正常而存在左室舒張功能異常、未行冠脈介入治療的患者89例，其中43例患者在冠心病二級預(yù)防治療基礎(chǔ)上加用芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊治療作為治療組，46例患者僅給予冠心病二級預(yù)防作為對照組，觀察12周，采用多普勒超聲心動圖檢測冠心病患者治療前后左室收縮功能指標(biāo)射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)，左室舒張功能指標(biāo)E波峰值速度(E)，A波峰值速度(A)，E峰與A峰速度比值(E/A)，對2組患者治療前后上述指標(biāo)變化進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：2組患者治療后左室收縮功能指標(biāo)及舒張功能指標(biāo)較治療前相比較均有改善，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；治療組左室收縮功能指標(biāo)及舒張功能指標(biāo)較對照組改善較好，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊對冠心病患者左室舒張功能有改善作用。

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of qiliqiangxin capsule on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:89 cases of patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by ventricular diastolic dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group (n=43) and a control group (n=46). The control group was just given grade 2 prevention treatment, and the treatment group, on the basis of the control group treatment, was added with qiliqiangxin capsule 1.2g,3 times per day for 12 weeks.Results:After treatment, the left ventricular diastolic function indicator (E/A ratio) and left ventricular systolic function indicator (LVEF) of the two groups significantly improved(P<0.05).The left ventricular diastolic function indicator (E/A ratio) and left ventricular systolic function indicator (LVEF) of the treatment group improved better compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grade 2 prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease combined with qiliqiangxin capsule can improve left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.

研究[1]表明，冠心病患者尤其在心肌缺血發(fā)作時，心臟收縮和舒張功能均發(fā)生異常，而舒張功能障礙可發(fā)生在癥狀和心電改變之前。心臟舒張功能異常是冠心病心功能受累早期改變的敏感指標(biāo)，91%的冠心病患者存在左室舒張功能障礙[2]。舒張功能異常的患者反復(fù)入院率較高,影響患者生活質(zhì)量，本研究對芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊對冠心病患者舒張功能的影響進(jìn)行探討，旨在為改善冠心病患者舒張功能不全患者選擇有效的藥物提供依據(jù)。……
