摘要:利用鄂雜棉30構(gòu)建的F2:3群體進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析和通徑分析,研究了鄂雜棉30五個(gè)性狀之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,產(chǎn)量與單株鈴數(shù)、衣分、株高的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.63、0.75、0.28,均達(dá)極顯著正相關(guān),這表明增加單株鈴數(shù)、提高衣分、株高是獲得較高產(chǎn)量的基礎(chǔ);通徑分析表明衣分對(duì)皮棉產(chǎn)量有最高的直接效應(yīng)(通徑系數(shù)為0.321 4),其次為單株鈴數(shù)(通徑系數(shù)為0.010 9),但單鈴重與皮棉產(chǎn)量的直接效應(yīng)為負(fù)值。因而,棉花高產(chǎn)育種中應(yīng)注重植株中等偏高、衣分高、單株鈴數(shù)多性狀的選擇,但不應(yīng)過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)單鈴重,即不應(yīng)過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)大鈴的選擇。

Abstract: The F2:3 population of Ezamian 30 was used to analyze the formation of heterosis with correlation and path coefficient analysis. The results showed that,there was very significant positive correlation between lint yield and lint percentage,bolls per plant and plant height, the correlation coefficients were 0.63、0.75、0.28 respectively; lint percentage was the primary effect to the lint yield with the direct path coefficient of 0.321 4,bolls per plant secondly (0.010 9).This study clarified the main direction for yield breeding of cotton and provided reference for raising selective breeding efficiency and realizing high yield of cotton, cotton high yield breeding should pay attention to the medium on the plant high, high lint percentage, boll number per plant traits of choice, but should not be too much emphasis on the choice of the big boll weight.

鄂雜棉30是襄陽(yáng)市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院選育的轉(zhuǎn)基因抗蟲(chóng)雜交棉新品種,該品種豐產(chǎn)性和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)性好、品質(zhì)較優(yōu)、耐枯萎病和黃萎病,2011年4月通過(guò)湖北省農(nóng)作物品種審定委員會(huì)審定(審定編號(hào)為鄂審棉2011001)[1]。分析最新育成的高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)棉花(Gossypium spp)新品種的雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)形成原因,可以明確棉花產(chǎn)量育種主攻目標(biāo),通過(guò)對(duì)盡量少的性狀進(jìn)行選擇,從而取得盡量好的選擇效果[2]。該研究結(jié)果將對(duì)長(zhǎng)江流域優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)雜交棉的培育具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。齊子杰[3]通過(guò)對(duì)河南省2006年春棉品種區(qū)試l0個(gè)品種的產(chǎn)量、植株及纖維品質(zhì)性狀組的典型相關(guān)分析得出:選擇生育期短、植株中等偏高、果枝始節(jié)低、果枝臺(tái)數(shù)多的性狀,不僅有利于增加株鈴,提高鈴重和衣分,由于棉鈴的增加又能間接提高主要纖維品質(zhì),為選育高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)棉花新品種的有效途徑。……
