世界上第一只漢堡從哪兒來(lái)？不是你想的那樣哦——不是起源于美國(guó)，也不是發(fā)源于德國(guó)，世界上第一只漢堡來(lái)自中國(guó)。

The world’s first hamburger doesn’t come from where you think it comes from. It wasn’t invented in the United States, and it didn’t originate in Germany. No, the world’s first hamburger comes from China.

中國(guó)漢堡包真的存在，而且早于美國(guó)本土的“漢堡包”，在中國(guó)稱為“肉夾饃”，它們是由切碎的肉塞在開(kāi)口圓餅里做成的，從秦朝開(kāi)始（公元前221年-公元前207年）就有了。雖然這種中國(guó)街頭小吃和美國(guó)的漢堡大不相同，但肉夾饃卻被稱為“世界上第一只漢堡”。

Chinese hamburgers are very real and they definitely predate the hamburgers we call our own in the U.S. Known as rou jia mo, which translates to “meat burger” or “meat sandwich,” they consist of chopped meat inside a pita-like bun, and they’ve been around since the Qin dynasty, from about 221 BC to 207 BC. Despite the differences between this Chinese street food and our American-style burgers, the rou jia mo has been called “the world’s first hamburger.”

肉夾饃起源于中國(guó)陜西省，如今已遍布全國(guó)，是代表性的街頭小吃。生面團(tuán)做成的“饃”，就是簡(jiǎn)單的由小麥粉、水，可能還有酵母做成的。當(dāng)然啦，配方不盡相同，但是基本做法都差不多，咬一口軟糯可口，夾的肉唇齒留香。而傳統(tǒng)的做法，饃是在土灶里烘焙而成的，如今則常常放在平底鍋里煎制。可能看上去會(huì)比較像中國(guó)的饅頭或是包子，但是那些是蒸的，不是烤的或炸的。

The rou jia mo originated in the Shaanxi Province of China, and is now eaten all over the country. It’s typically prepared and eaten on the street. The dough for the bun, or mo, consists of a simple mixture of wheat flour, water and maybe yeast. Of course recipes may vary, but this basic equation makes for a chewy and subtle pillow for the delicious filling. While the mo is traditionally baked in a clay oven, today it’s often fried in a pan. They may look a little like Chinese steamed buns or baos, but the dough for those are, of course, steamed, not baked or fried.

The meat filling might consist of chopped pork, beef, lamb or chicken that has been stewed with a variety of spices, like ginger, cloves, coriander and star anise. You might also find herbs like cilantro or greens like lettuce garnishing the sandwich.

新版火車票8月1日全面推行

Train Tickets Receive Facelift on August 1

新版火車票從本月起已經(jīng)在國(guó)內(nèi)部分城市試發(fā)售,從8月1日開(kāi)始,將在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)全面替代舊版車票。新版的火車票上,首行依舊為始發(fā)站、到達(dá)站和車次,站名后分別增加“站”字;第二行為發(fā)車日期、時(shí)間和車廂座位號(hào);第三行、第四行是票價(jià)及座位類別、“限乘當(dāng)日當(dāng)次車”等提醒;第五行原本是乘車人姓名,現(xiàn)改為乘車人身份證號(hào)和姓名并排標(biāo)注;票面右下角依然保留一枚二維碼。

Train tickets have gotten a new facelift as of late, and the new style of tickets will be issued nationwide starting on August 1. The new tickets will appear as follows: the first line of the tickets is still information on departure and destination, but the place names have added the character for “station”after them.The second line has information on departure time and seating arrangement. The third and fourth lines show information on the ticket price and the ticket class. The fifth line has added the passenger’s identification number to what used to be just their name. As for the QR code, it still remains at the bottom right corner.

國(guó)際奧委會(huì)近日公布了2022年冬奧會(huì)評(píng)估委員會(huì)對(duì)候選城市的《評(píng)估報(bào)告》。《評(píng)估報(bào)告》認(rèn)為，北京快捷高效的交通，世界一流的酒店、美食和別具特色的風(fēng)景將為奧林匹克大家庭和觀眾提供愉悅的體驗(yàn)。2022年冬奧會(huì)主辦城市將于7月31日在馬來(lái)西亞吉隆坡國(guó)際奧委會(huì)第128次全會(huì)上揭曉。

The International Olympic Committee released evaluation reports recently on all of the candidate cities.The Committee also mentioned Beijing’s fast and efficient transportation, world-class hotels, fine dining, and tourist sites.The host of the 2022 Winter Olympics will be announced in Kuala Lumpur at the 128th plenary meeting of the International Olympic Committee on July 31.

Huffington Post to Expand to China This Year

《赫芬頓郵報(bào)》創(chuàng)始人、總編輯阿里安娜·赫芬頓近日宣布《赫芬頓郵報(bào)》的在線報(bào)紙今年將入駐中國(guó)。 “《赫芬頓郵報(bào)》影響力已經(jīng)擴(kuò)大到13個(gè)國(guó)家，我們正和很多中國(guó)潛在的合作伙伴討論。我們會(huì)把生活方式以及娛樂(lè)方面的內(nèi)容帶入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，新聞部分不會(huì)進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)。”赫芬頓說(shuō)。作為新媒體崛起代表的《赫芬頓郵報(bào)》創(chuàng)立于2005年，每天發(fā)布約1500條新聞，是美國(guó)當(dāng)今最具影響力的新聞、博客網(wǎng)站。

Founder and editor in chief of the Huffington Post, Arianna Huffington announced that the online newspaper plans to expand to China this year.“We are working with a lot of Chinese potential partners. We plan to cover lifestyle and entertainment content in the Chinese market. We will not cover news in China. ” said Huffington. The Huffington Post has already expanded to 13 different countries. The website was founded in 2005, The site publishes about 1,500 news pieces every day and is one of the most influential news blogs in the United States.
