Study On Machining Processing Technology Risk Control

In the industrial production process,only to fully guarantee the machining production safety, it can been ensured that the smooth completion of machining process.Under this back ground,in the machining production process,the machinery processing safety would been fully concerned,several factors,which may lead to the problem of mechanical processing and production process,were analyzed,and the relevant control strategies were researched.In view of this situation,this paper will specifically combined with the machining process characteristics to study the machining process manufacturability risk control.

1 The machining process specific characteristics

The so-called machining process,refers to the mechanical parts of the production process,by removing the excess material,form the machine parts shape.In general,the machining process technology mainly comprises a castingprocess,forging and welding process,which mainly consists of the following characteristics in the using process.

First of all, mechanical processing technology type is more and more.So far,the developed machining process technology includes grinding processing technology,forging machining process,lathing machining process,fittering machining process,drillering machining process,stamping machining process,etc.

In the using process, The machining process has its unique processing characteristics, which resulted in the choice on machining process technology according to the different machining needs in the application process.It shall also increases the process risk problems in a certain extent.

Secondly,the number of processing equipment and machining process technology is relatively more.Specifically, in the mechanical parts processing,machining processing technology is adopted in different.

For example,the outer furnace clamp and fork will be used in the forging machining process and Electric driller&file instrument will be used in the lathing machining process.To ensure the machining process safety production effectively,number processing on the used tools and equipments will be need to ensure the rational use of processing equipment and apparatus.

Finally, in the process of mechanical processing, objects to be processed is varied, not only including the column material, but includes a tapered material. Sometimes, irregular shape materials need to be processed.

2 The machining process risk analysis and control

According to the relevant literature,investigation and research,it can be found that study on the reasons of machining process risk problems mainly through the origin of substance, causing factors, injury substance obtained.

In view of this situation, this paper will combine with the three aspects to conduct the research on analysis and control of machining processing technology risk.

2.1forging processing risk analysis and control

According to the relevant literature research and the statistics of query data,it can be found that the main reasons of risk problems included object striking workers, workers have been twisted and tank explosion in the application process of forging processing.In these risk factors, the most frequent accidents is object processing workers,which resulting in processing workers injury.

In general, object striking fault is mainly due to injury caused by hammer,which led to the processing worker injured accident probability accounted for more than ninety percent. In addition, It is easy to appear the hot forging blank or burn,which will lead to processing workers were injured in the machining process.

After summing up the study of these issues, the cause of these problems will be mainly in the following aspects:

Firstly,the processing workers did not adopt the suitable processing techniques, which resulting in machining processing problems.

Secondly, processing workers did not choose suitable auxiliary tool,which making it difficult to control the final forging process.

Finally, management failures of management personnel in the forging processing may also lead to machining processing problem.

To effectively control the forging processing risk problem,the forging processing level need to be improved from the following aspects:

Firstly, processing staff need develop the professional skills and improve the technology level.

Secondly, forging processing equipments need to be checked regularly to prevent processing workers injury.

Finally,according to the actual production condition of forging processing, processing parameters adjustment need to be carry out to ensure the reasonable processing technology.

2.2lathing and boring processing risk analysis and control

According to the relevant literature research and thestatistics of query data,it can be found that the main lathing and boring risk problem types were human body incised wound and injury caused by rotating equipment.

After summing up the study of these issues, the cause of these problems will be mainly in the following aspects:

Firstly, processing management is not efficient to processing staff, which led to the relatively chaos production process.

Finally, processing staff are lack of professional skills,which is prone to engender problems in the machining process.

Firstly, processing staff need develop the professional skills and improve the staff technical level.

Secondly, personnel protection need to be a good job for lathe and boring processing staff, which included protection for rotating processing parts and the protective equipment management for workers.

Finally, lathing and boring staff need to be regularly trained to enhance the management level of management staff in the process of lathing and boring processing.

2.3milling processing risk analysis and control

According to the relevant literature research and the statistics of query data,it can be found that the main milling risk problem types were Cutter cutting damage and debris strike damage.

After summing up the study of these issues, the cause of these problems will be mainly in the following aspects:

Firstly, miller workers lack necessary protection device.

Secondly, fixture installation on milling machining process is unreasonable.

To effectively control the milling processing risk problem,the milling processing level need to be improved from the following aspects:

Firstly, the milling processing personnel protection work need to be a good job to ensure the staff with basic protection tools.

Secondly, the milling processing personnel fixture installation inspection work need to be a good job to ensure the smooth process of milling machining.

Finally, the appropriate machining tools will be selected to meet the actual needs of milling machining technology

3 Summary

To sum up, to effectively control the risk factors of machining process, The actual characteristics could be completely combined with the mechanical machining process,which starting from processing workers,production equipment,processing technology and other aspects,to summarize the risk factors of machining process and propose targeted measures to ensure the safety of mechanical machining process.
