【Abstract】it is well-known that all men search for beauty.Although the definition of beauty changes as time goes by，people still spare no efforts to pursue beauty in their lives.Meanwhile，most people try every means to make their body images better.With more people increasingly being eager for beauty in various ways，it is high time that we should think deeply about the concept of real beauty.In this paper，an attempt has been made to shed light on the real beauty.It is not completely physical appearance or slim figure，but a healthy body and peaceful mind as well as admirable courage.Above all，whether people can realize the nature of real beauty is certainly worthwhile for us to ponder.

First of all，nothing is more precious than health.Owning a healthy body is the source for finishing all important things in our lives，and it is also what real beauty requires.Based on what has been discovered by Isabel Song，it depicts，“I dont much care about what societys definition of beauty is because I know its only skin-deep.There are far more important things in life to care about” （Song）.It is true that I totally agree with this idea.The fact is that we shouldnt change our body just according to societys definition of beauty，because in this way we may be in an unhealthy state.Thus，how is it possible for us to talk about body image，let alone real beauty？ Without health，it is certain that we cannot have enough energy to do other things，especially those more important things.

Besides beautiful physical appearance，whats more important for real beauty is the peaceful mind to stay away from noise and keep calm.Just as Carolyn Gregoire mentioned in the article，“5 Ways Yoga Can Boost Your Body Image，”which depicts， “ I think yoga allows us to take a break from all of the chaos...and start to say，I have a need to be good to myself and slow down，and as Im able to show up for myself，Im more able to show up for others” （Gregoire）.It is necessary to maintain a peaceful mind，especially in this noisy society.Things will certainly be different when thinking with a calm mind.Just as the saying goes，“impulse is the devil.” It is really important to calm ourselves down and make right decisions.Yoga is one of the best ways to release our pressure and attain inner peace.At the same time，it is useful and meaningful for our body image.

Last but not least，facing the reality bravely is totally necessary.It is the courage to accept our own body that makes real beauty more attractive and meaningful.As discussed by Isabel Song，“Id rather accept my body，flaws and all，strive to be healthy and live my life happily without fretting over what other people think about my body” （Song）.According to the Bible，God created us and every one of us is unique.What makes us different is to have confidence in ourselves and be courageous to accept all that we have.No matter what flaws our bodies have，we should be happy with them.That is also one of the main points that real beauty implies.

Conclusion

it is undeniable that pursuit of beauty not only poses a great impact on our lives，but also brought a lot of changes in peoples thoughts.In this paper，a brief analysis has been made to explain what real beauty is.Meanwhile，having a better understanding of real beauty can help us go further about this topic.Besides，it is true that we should spare no efforts to make a better body image.However，whats more important is that wed better make it clear what real beauty implies.Only in this way，can we improve a lot and become more healthy.
