——紀重慶第三軍醫大學援利比里亞醫學救援隊

Fromthethirdmilitarymedicaluniversity,Chongqing,China,beingoneofthemedicaldoctors,IwaschosentobeateampersonneltogotoMonrovia,Liberia,tojoinhandinhandwiththeLiberianpeopletofightagainsttheEbolavirusdisease.

跟隨著中國重慶第三軍醫大學的醫生們，我被選中并分配到在利比里亞，蒙羅維亞的中國醫療隊，并成為他們中的一員，與利比里亞人民攜手共同抗擊埃博拉病毒病(圖1)。

當我們于2014年11月15日到達利比里亞后，我的職責是清潔，為開展工作做準備。

AfterthepreparationonNovember25, 2014,thepresidentoftheRepublicofLiberia,EllenJohnsonSirleafdedicatedtheChineseEbolatreatmentunit(ETU).Thereafter,thechineseandthelocalstaffstartedtoengageinthework.NewsabouttheChineseETUwasannouncedthroughthemediaandfrompersontoperson,andonDecember5, 2014,wereceivedourfirstpatient.

2014年11月25日準備工作完成后，利比里亞共和國總統，EllenJohnsonSirleaf為中國埃博拉診療中心(Ebolatreatmentunit,ETU)啟用儀式致詞。其后，中國員工和本地員工進入工作狀態。關于中國ETU開放的消息不僅有新聞媒體的報道，還有人與人之間的口頭傳遞。2014年12月5日，我們接到了第一例患者。

OnDecember23, 2014,wereceivedthefirstconfirmedEbolapatient.Also,onDecember24, 2014,wereceivedadditional3confirmedEbolapatients.OnDecember29, 2014,wereceivedthe5thconfirmedEbolapatient,whichwasmakingthemthetotalof5confirmedEbolapatientsatourconfirmedwardattheChineseETU.

2014年12月23日，我們接到第一例埃博拉確診患者。2014年12月24日又接到3例埃博拉確診患者。2014年12月29日，接到第5例埃博拉確診患者，使中國ETU病房中的埃博拉確診病例達5個。

BecauseofoureffortsoffightingagainsttheEbolavirus,ofthe5confirmedEbolapatients, 3survivedandtheyweredischargedontheJanuary12,2015atprecisely10:30am.The3survivorsareCelestineF,RobortM,SarahF.

在我們對抗埃博拉病毒的努力中，5例埃博拉確診病例中，有3例幸存，并于2015年1月12日，準確說上午10:30分康復出院。3名生存者分別是：Celestine，女性；Robort，男性；Sarah，女性。

Reviewingthetwomonths,ourChineseETUreceivedatotalof65patients.Outofthe65patients, 12died. 53weredischargedincludingthe3confirmedEbolapatientsthatwerealsodischargeontheJanuary12, 2015.Wealsoreferred4patientshospitaltootherhealthfacilities.

回顧這兩個月，中國ETU共接收了65例患者。在這65例患者中總計12例死亡，53例康復出院，包括在2015年1月12日出院的3例埃博拉確診病例。而且在這53個病例中，還轉診了4例患者到其他醫療機構。

Halfofthechinesemilitarymedicalteam,leftLiberiaontheJanuary14, 2015.WearrivedinChongqing,ChinaonJanuary16, 2015atLiberiatimeoffiveo’clockam.WewerequarantinedataplaceinthecityofChongqingfor21days.IfnoneofuscontractsEbolavirus,after21days,wewillthenbesenttoeachworkplacesofthehospitals.

第一批中國援利抗埃醫療隊中的半數隊員，于 2015年1月14日離開利比里亞，于2015年1月16日利比里亞時間早上5點，到達中國重慶。我們在重慶市的一個地方進行隔離觀察21天。如果我們中沒有感染埃博拉病毒的病例，將在21天后回到各自醫院工作的地方。
