【摘要】隨著我國城鎮化的飛速發展,民用建筑數量迅速增加,同時隨著社會生活水平的提高,民用建筑能耗不斷增加、能耗占比不斷提高,加強建筑能耗管理,發展及推廣建筑節能技術是民用建筑未來發展的重點。基于上述情況,本文對我國民用建筑的節能現狀和發展趨勢進行了分析,在此基礎上,從民用建筑設計、施工等方面對民用建筑節能技術進行了探討,提出了相應的節能方法和措施,對于推進民用建筑節能技術的發展有著較為重要的實際意義。

Discussion on energy saving technologies of civil buildings

Abstract: With the rapid development of the urbanization in China, the number of civil buildings increased rapidly. And at the same time, the society living standard also improved. Then, the energy consumption of civil buildings and its proportion to the total social energy consumption continued to increase. And the energy consumption management, the development and promotion of the energy saving technologies of civil buildings are the key points to the development of civil buildings in the future. According to the above mentioned, the status and developing trend of the civil building energy saving were analyzed. On this basis, the civil building energy saving technologies on the design and construction of civil buildings were discussed. And some corresponding methods of the civil building energy saving were put forward, which is meaningful to the civil building energy saving technology development.

隨著我國本世紀以來城鎮化的飛速發展,民用建筑數量急劇增加,但同時由于建筑節能技術重視程度不夠,發展緩慢,導致民用建筑能耗不斷增加,特別是近年來隨著民用建筑量的提高以及社會生活水平、居住舒適要求的提高,民用建筑能耗急劇增加,與工業能耗、交通能耗一起成為我國主要的三個能耗個體。據統計[1],我國民用建筑能耗占社會總能耗約30%,其中高能耗建筑占比超過90%,因此,發展及推廣民用建筑節能技術對于我國未來的能源結構調整以及城鎮化發展意義重大,是民用建筑未來發展的重點。
基于上述情況,本文對我國民用建筑的節能現狀和發展趨勢進行了分析,在此基礎上,從民用建筑設計、施工等方面對民用建筑節能技術進行了探討,提出了相應的節能方法和措施,對于推進民用建筑節能技術的發展有著較為重要的實際意義。……
