醫生檢查過后，認為還是喘憋引起的煩躁

護士：孩子是因為喘了不舒服才哭的。給他用點睡覺的藥，盡快將氧噴做了就會好的。氧噴中有緩解氣道痙攣的藥。

患兒家長：這個藥有毒嗎？對小孩的副作用大嗎？吸了會上癮嗎？是不是每次咳嗽都需要吸藥？我們單位效益不好，這費用哪吃得消啊。

護士：這些藥沒有毒，無太大副作用，也不會上癮。回去后做好預防工作，控制住不發也就好了。

患兒家長：小孩一生病，我這心里就亂了，恨不能代替他。

護士：我能理解，孩子睡著了，給他做氧噴吧。Interactions

（After examination，the doctor believed the reason for the baby’s irritation was wheezing）

Nurse：The baby feels uncomfortable and is crying because of wheezing.Let’s give him some calmative drug，and provide the nebulization as soon as possible.He will feel much better after the nebulization.The drug he inhales can release the bronchus spasm.

Parent’s Parent：Is this drug toxic？Does it have any side effects for children？Is it addictive？Does he need to inhale the drug every time he coughs？My company is not doing well and my salary is not very good.The drug is too expensive for me.

Nurse：This drug is not toxic and it isn’t addictive.The side effect is also small.When your baby is discharged，all you need to do is to avoid its attack again.

Parent’s Parent：When my child is sick，I don’t know what to do.I wish it was me who is sick，not my baby.

Nurse：I understand.Now，your baby is sleeping.Let’s give him the nebulization.

孩子生病，家屬的心情是非常焦急的。希望用藥后馬上能有效。而疾病的恢復是一個緩慢的過程。在這期間，怎樣緩解家屬的焦慮心情，使之配合我們的治療和護理是非常重要的。所以，我們除了要做好疾病護理，還要實施有效的心理護理，特別是家屬的心理護理。Comments

When babies are sick，their parents are always anxious.They wish the diseases can be cured as soon as drugs are used.But the recovery process is usually slow.During this period，it is very important for the nurses to release their worries in order to help them to cooperate with the medical staff.So，the nurses should not only perform disease related nursing care，but also provide psychological nursing care，especially for the baby’s parents.

背景

女病兒，李佳，8個月，因腹瀉住院2d。患兒每天排便10余次，呈黃色水樣便，時有哭鬧。護士小陸來到床邊進行護理。

Background

A female patient，Li Jia，eight months old，had been in the hospital for two days because of diarrhea.The patient had yellow watery stool more than ten times each day，and cried periodically.Nurse Lu went to care for her.

病兒媽媽：少什么少？還是這么多。你們給我家小孩用的藥對不對？
