[Abstract]Triblock polymers are a kind of new multifunctional amphiphilic carrier materials which are synthesized by using two or more different compounds by polymerization and offer an excellent self-assembling performance in aqueous solution. When used as drug carriers, they could exhibit a variety of properties such as temperature sensitivity, pH sensitivity and magnetic sensitivity by changing their components and structures and improve the physico-chemical properties(such as solubility), targeting, sustained, controlled release properties and bioavailability of drugs to prepare appropriate dosage forms according to requirement.So triblock polymers have a broad application prospect in the feld of pharmaceutical preparations. The various types of triblock polymers have been introduced. Especially, the recent applications of triblock polymers in different dosage forms of pharmaceutical preparations have been summarized.

三嵌段聚合物在藥物制劑中的應用研究進展

三嵌段聚合物系由2種或2種以上不同化合物通過聚合反應而合成的一種新型多功能兩親性載體材料,在水溶液中呈現優良的自組裝性能。其用作藥物載體時,可依據需求,通過改變其組成和結構而使其擁有溫度敏感、pH敏感、磁敏感等多種特性,將其制成適宜劑型,能達到改善藥物的溶解性等理化性質以及靶向性、緩控釋性和生物利用度的目的,其在藥物制劑領域具有廣闊的應用前景。簡介各種類型的三嵌段聚合物,著重概述近年來三嵌段聚合物在不同制劑劑型中的應用研究。

嵌段聚合物系由2種或2種以上具有不同性質的化合物通過合成手段所制得的一種具有特殊理化性質的聚合物,根據所含化合物種類數的不同,其可分為二嵌段、三嵌段及多嵌段聚合物[1]。制備嵌段聚合物的目的是,將多種化合物自身所具備的優良性質結合在一起,從而得到性能優越的功能型聚合物材料。新合成的嵌段聚合物材料往往具有較為優良的兩親性,甚至某些化合物的引入能使其具有良好的生物相容性以及溫度敏感、pH敏感或磁敏感等性質,這些都為嵌段聚合物應用于藥劑學提供了基礎[2-4]。對嵌段聚合物的早期研究……
