


雖然波音和空客是世界上最大的兩家航線飛機制造商,但在公務機領域,它們同樣不甘寂寞。與前文提到的巴西航空世襲1000一樣,波音公務機BBJ和空客公務機ACJ的原型機同樣也是由航線客機改裝而來。而且BBJ包含三種機型,BBJ1、BBJ2以及BBJ3,均由客機B737系列改造而來,空客ACJ320則由客機A320系列改造而來,包含了ACJ318(精英型)、ACJ319以及ACJ320(貴賓型)。事實上與世襲1000相比,空客的ACJ318和波音的BBJ1客艙容積更大一些。
除了ACJ318與BBJ1,可以私人定制的空客ACJ380和波音BBJ747無疑是空中“巨無霸”級別的公務機。但這些“巨無霸”的主要客戶在全球非常少,主要是中東富豪、俄國大款在為它們買單。在空客和波音公務機序列中,ACJ318和BBJ1是空客與波音最的主要產品。

波音公務機(BBJ):團體出行的首選機型
與波音公務機相比,前面4款大型公務機只能算“小”飛機。當初,為了滿足中東石油大亨、俄羅斯鋼鐵大王以及各國政要人物對公務機遠航程和寬客艙的需求,1996年7月,波音公司與GE公司合資建立了波音公務噴氣飛機公司(Boeing Business Jets)。從1997年,第一架波音公務機從西雅圖的波音飛機組裝倉庫緩緩駛出來,經過近20年的發展,波音公務機經歷了3代改良,從起初的第一架航線客機737-700改裝機,升級到了以波音737-900ER為原型的第三代波音公務機。如果想具體了解第三代波音公務機的客艙空間,可以在乘坐民航客機時留心一下機座后面的機型卡。如果機型是737-900ER,它的客艙空間就是第三代波音公務機的客艙空間。
不同代的波音公務機,其航程、載客數以及客艙大小相差也很大。第一代波音公務機BBJ1的機身長33.6米,最大航程達6230千米,大約只有灣流650、環球6000、獵鷹7X的一半;第三代波音公務機BBJ3的機身長42.1米,但因為機身重量加大,最大巡航速度只有5925千米,但加上9個輔助油箱,最大航程達10179千米,可執行越洋飛行。對于波音公務機,航程并非其優勢,寬敞的、可以按照你需求裝飾成空中豪宅的客艙,才是它最誘人之處。

BBJ: the epitome of large business jet
Compared with BBJ, the above 5 large business jets are just “small” jets. BBJ is a high performing variant of the B737-700 designed for business and VIP service. Since its launched in 1997, BBJ has undergone three generations of upgrade based on the latest B737. The latest BBJ3 for example is a variant of the B737-900ER.
With a maximum range of 10,179 km, longer than Lineage 1000 and ACJ318, BBJ737 is capable of intercontinental flight. Equipped with blended winglets, it is quieter during take-off and more efficient during cruise. The aircraft is 3.6 meters by length and has a maximum flying altitude of 12,500 meters and a maximum cruise speed of 0,87 Mach. It is also powered by GE CFM56-7 engines. Its enhanced vision system could improve situational awareness of pilots, which is especially important in airports that does not support auto-landing. It has the largest cabin of all six business jets and you can configure dining, working, relaxing zones, and around 15 VIP seats. The cabin is well pressurized to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed after a long journey. The private environment in BBJ allows all the activities you can engage on ground, but the status and confidence it could bring to its owner could never be matched by commercial airline first class seats.
As a subsidiary of the world’s largest aircraft manufacturer, all BBJ aircraft can enjoy the operation support and after sales network of Boeing. Although more costly than ACJ318, it is still a good investment as an enhanced version of the most modern, economical, and popular civil aircraft.
Its enhanced versions, including BBJ2, BBJ3, and BBJMAX have longer range, higher speed, improved systems, and wider cabin.
空客公務機318(ACJ318 elite): 有中國元素的公務機
美國的波音與法國的空客,這兩大世界民用飛機制造巨頭的戰火,已經從航線飛機延伸到了公務機,并且這熊熊的火勢已經蔓延到了中國市場。
一向自傲的空客怎會允許死對頭波音在超大型公務機市場里獨霸天下。2003年,空客公司集中專門團隊,開始自主研制特色鮮明的公務機。2007年,第一架空客公務機——空客318(精英)公務機在德國漢堡首次向世人亮相。這款機型的技術承接自成熟機型空客318航線客機,在大型公務機中僅次于BBJ系列,是客車公務機系列里最受歡迎的機型。
雖然從進入公務航空市場的資歷來看,空客公務機屬于小字輩。但如果從空客的第一架公務機算起,其在公務機上的研發資歷也算老字輩。上世紀80年代,空客公司已收到了第一架私人定制型的空客公務機的訂單。隨著空客公務機用戶數量不斷擴大,與公務機相關的各項業務不斷增長。2011年,空客還專門成立了空客公務機部,作為一個新的業務部門專門負責公務機業務。

ACJ318 elite
The ACJ318 elite inherits its technology from mature A318 jetliners. Debuted in Hamburg, Germany in 2007, it has established itself as the most successful Airbus business jet, accounting for 1/4 of Airbus business jet orders. The ACJ318 elite can fly 12 passengers for 7,800km nonstop, the distance from London to New York. It is shorter than BBJ737 but has the same wingspan as A318 commercial jetliner, giving it outstanding short takeoff and landing performance. It is also installed with the more fuel efficient winglets. As with all ACJ, it allows engine reselection. Currently, both CFM56-5 and PW6122 can be fitted onto ACJ318 elite, although CFM-56-5B9/3 is more widely used. The aircraft also replaced traditional control systems with side sticks and a CAT IIIB auto-landing system to ensure successful landing at low visibility.
Although the ACJ318 elite have the smallest cabin in the ACJ family, it is still as wide as A320 and spacious enough to accommodate a double bed and a single bed. The enhanced ACJ318 also features domed ceilings and window-shades throughout the cabin.
The reliability of Airbus aircraft has been proven by many airlines. ACJ owners could benefit from its global network which provides technical support, spare parts, training, and customized service to 430 customers. Ameco, TAECO, STAECO are major MRO providers for ACJ. The operating cost of ACJ318 is higher than Lineage 1000, with a 28,000 RMB hourly cost and a 9.6 million annual management fee, its annual cost amounts to 18.01 million RMB per year for a 300 hour operation. But its higher passenger load means it can offset certain cost in the busy Chinese market. Inheriting the features of the most modern, economical, and popular aircraft, ACJ has unrivalled value for money, making it a nice choice for investment.
波音公務機和空客公務機都是以半成品的“綠飛機”(沒有涂裝和內飾)的形式交付給客戶。客戶確定客艙內飾和機身涂裝后,飛機飛至指定的地方進行裝飾。其他品牌的公務機則是以標準的成品飛機交付給客戶。
