Step one:Warm Up
1. Greetings: T: What day is it today? Ss: It is…T: let us sing a song: 《Ten little Indians》Ss sing a song. 邊唱邊演,復習一到十。
(設計意圖:興趣是小學英語教學的關鍵,小學生活潑好動、好奇、好問,活潑的、輕快的英語歌曲能培養學生學習英語的興趣,增強他們的記憶力。)2.Blackboard writing: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine,ten
Step two:Revision
1.T: There’re many numbers. Can you read?(ppt出示數字11-19) Ss count the numbers (a. count by themselves b. count together) T: Look, it is twenty,right? (PPT出現20) Ss: Yes. It’s twenty. T: What about this one?( PPT出現30,40,50) learn thirty ,forty and fifty. T: It’s…(PPT出現35,46,52) Learn thirty-five, forty-six and fifty-two.
(設計意圖:變換復習方式,為后續學習打基礎。)2.Practice: a.Ss read the numbers by themselves. b.Read together.
Step three:Presentation.
1.Show a clock and ask a question. T:What’s this in English? Ss:It’s a clock. T:Good. We all know the clock can tell us the time,right? Ss:Yes. 2.T:Now please look at the clock. (T撥鐘,如:11:00) What’s the time? Can you tell me? Ss: It is eleven o’clock. T: Good. You are clever. (T再次撥鐘,如:ten forty-five, twelve thirty-five) T:What is the time? Ss: It is ten forty-five. T: Great. T:What is the time? Ss: It is twelve thirty-five.(設計意圖:利用直觀實物調動學生的學習興趣,增強學生的求知欲,提高課堂效率。在教學過程中,由簡到繁,由淺到深,符合學生的認知規律,使學生在不知不覺中掌握了時間的表達法。)3.Act out. 4.Work together in groups. Now please open your books at p55 and do the execises. Group1-3 do Picture1,2. Group4-6 do Picture3,4. Let’s see which group does it the most quickly. Check the answers.(設計意圖:分組學習,培養學生的合作精神,發展合作解決問題的能力以及與他人建立良好人際關系的能力。)
Step four:Play a guessing game
