鄰里社區(qū)游園的營(yíng)造

摘 要：作為上海浦東三林片區(qū)景觀功能提升的重要工程，長(zhǎng)青公園的整體改造項(xiàng)目具有著重要的意義和作用。在尊重三林傳統(tǒng)文化、建設(shè)和諧鄰里社區(qū)、提升公共綠地品質(zhì)的大前提下，提煉傳統(tǒng)民俗文化元素，向公眾展示一個(gè)現(xiàn)代的、人文的、和諧的社區(qū)公園新形象，是公園改造設(shè)計(jì)的初衷。作為對(duì)原有長(zhǎng)青公園的改造與升級(jí)，設(shè)計(jì)方案探索實(shí)踐了“鄰里中心”設(shè)計(jì)理念，在原有公園格局的基礎(chǔ)上，從多種功能視角出發(fā)，運(yùn)用多種設(shè)計(jì)手法，創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)充滿人文文化底蘊(yùn)、宜居的社區(qū)生活配套公園。

Abstract：As a important landscape function promotion project in Pudong San lin area，Chang Qing park reconstruction project is very important and significant. On the promise of the respection of san lin traditional culture and the construction a harmonious neighborhood community and improving public green space quality， refining the traditional culture elements， demonstration a modern， humane， harmonious community new image， is also the original desitination of the park design. As the old chang qing park transformation and upgrade， Design practicing "sustainable development" concept， From the original park， in a variety of functional perspective， using a variety of design method， to create a real， full of humanistic culture neighborhood leisure park.

1 項(xiàng)目背景

長(zhǎng)青公園位置處于原上海世博會(huì)中國(guó)館的南側(cè)，北側(cè)靠近耀華路，南側(cè)接昌里路，西側(cè)比鄰長(zhǎng)青路（圖1）。為迎接2010年上海世界博覽會(huì)的召開(kāi)，根據(jù)上海市城市規(guī)劃改造關(guān)于“完善世博功能區(qū)配套”的總體要求，以“服務(wù)世博、融入世博”為契機(jī)，對(duì)浦東三林片區(qū)景觀功進(jìn)行整體提升，重點(diǎn)圍繞長(zhǎng)青公園進(jìn)行景觀功能改造，在兼顧服務(wù)世博功能的時(shí)效性目標(biāo)的同時(shí)，根據(jù)長(zhǎng)青公園周邊居住社區(qū)的社區(qū)服務(wù)屬性，借鑒“鄰里中心”設(shè)計(jì)理念，發(fā)掘地區(qū)文化底蘊(yùn)，以打造宜居的社區(qū)生活配套公園為目標(biāo)，改造和提升公園應(yīng)有的基本功能，輻射周邊社區(qū)、服務(wù)周邊居民，實(shí)踐了以人為本的景觀規(guī)劃改造的宗旨。

2 理論的依托與借鑒

設(shè)計(jì)從長(zhǎng)青公園的周邊社區(qū)環(huán)境以及滿足未來(lái)的服務(wù)功能角度進(jìn)行考量，借鑒鄰里中心理念，進(jìn)行該項(xiàng)目的景觀設(shè)計(jì)?！?br>
