婦產科中臨床護理路徑的臨床應用觀察

【摘 要】 目的：探討臨床護理路徑在婦產科臨床護理中的應用價值。方法：選取我院婦產科近年來收治的40例患者作為研究對象，按照產婦住院順序編號將其分為研究組與對照組，每組20例，研究組制定完善的臨床護理路徑，進行系統化護理，對照組行常規化護理方法，比較兩組護理效果。結果：研究組產婦經過系統化的護理住院時間明顯縮短，住院費用低于對照組，且產婦的護理滿意度（100.0%）明顯高于對照組（90.0%），兩組護理效果比較差異明顯（P<0.05），有統計學意義。結論：將護理路徑應用于婦產科臨床護理工作中能夠實現護理工作的標準化與規范化，提高產婦的護理滿意度及醫院護理服務水平，可以推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path applications in clinical care in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Obstetrics and gynecology hospital admitted 40 patients in recent years as a research object， according to the maternity hospital order number will be divided into study group and control group 20 cases， the study group to formulate and improve clinical care path for system nursing， the control group underwent routine care methods were compared nursing effect.Results The study group after nursing mothers systematic significantly shorter hospital stay， hospital costs lower than the control group， and maternal care satisfaction （100.0%） was significantly higher （90.0%），Significant difference between the two groups of nursing effect （P <0.05）， there are statistically significant. Conclusion The path used in clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing care in nursing work to achieve standardization and standardization， improve care and hospital care satisfaction level of maternal， can be widely applied.

臨床護理路徑是一種規劃、指導化的護理模式，具體指醫護人員基于患者診治進度制定的整體性護理服務計劃，具有一定的時間性與順序性[1]，能夠為臨床護理工作的開展提供有效的指導與依據。現階段，醫療工作人員將護理路徑的應用作為提升醫療護理服務質量的重要途徑[2]，臨床經驗證明，臨床護理路徑應用能夠縮短患者住院時間，減輕患者經濟負擔，還能提升醫院的醫療水平，應用價值極高。本文選取我院婦產科收治的40例患者作為研究對象，著重分析總結了臨床護理路徑的應用效果，具體分析如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選取我院婦產科2012年1月到2013年7月收治的40例患者作為研究對象，其中孕產婦31例，婦科疾病患者9例，按照患者住院就診順序將其分為研究組與對照組，每組20例，研究組20例年齡為21-42歲，平均年齡為（28.6±3.2）歲；對照組20例年齡為22-41歲，平均年齡為（29.2±3.5）歲?！?br>
