2009—2011年上海醫(yī)院心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥分析

摘 要 目的：了解近年來上海醫(yī)院心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥的情況和變化趨勢。方法：統(tǒng)計2009-2011年上海119家樣本醫(yī)院心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥銷售金額、排序和增長率等，結(jié)合臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析和討論。結(jié)果：心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥金額僅次于抗感染類藥物，列為第2大類，復(fù)合年均增長率11.81%。用藥金額領(lǐng)先品種有銀杏葉制劑、氨氯地平、纈沙坦、發(fā)酵蟲草制劑等，增速較快的有銀杏葉制劑、丹參多酚酸鹽、替米沙坦、厄貝沙坦和燈盞花素等。結(jié)論：心血管系統(tǒng)用藥是一大類常用藥物，需求量逐漸增大，市場前景廣闊。

Analysis of the cardiovascular disease medication

in Shanghai samples hospitals from 2009 to 2011

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the trend of cardiovascular disease medication in Shanghai sample hospitals in recent years. Methods： We statistically analyzed the data of drugs sales， sorting， and growth rate and so on and discussed their clinical application in cardiovascular disease in 119 sample hospitals from 2009 to 2011 in Shanghai. Results： The drug sales used in cardiovascular disease is as the second largest category after the anti-infective drugs with a compound annual growth rate of 11.81%. The leading drug sales included tablets of Ginkgo biloba L extract， amlodipine， valsartan， fermented cordyceps preparations. The growth rate for tablets of Ginkgo biloba L extract， salvianolate telmisartan， irbesartan and erigeron elements is more rapid than the others. Conclusions： Drugs used in cardiovascular disease are a large class of commonly used ones with gradually increasing demand and their market is prospective.

心血管系統(tǒng)疾病為常見病、多發(fā)病，是威脅人類健康和生命的重大疾病。心血管系統(tǒng)疾病藥物是防治心血管疾病的最重要措施之一，多年來，該類藥物的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用一直受到臨床廣泛重視。筆者就近年來上海醫(yī)院心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥作一比較分析，供科研、生產(chǎn)、營銷和使用部門參考。

1 資料與方法

1.1 資料

按醫(yī)院用藥分析系統(tǒng)（HPDIS）分類，心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥包括抗高血壓藥、調(diào)脂藥、抗心絞痛、血管擴(kuò)張藥、抗心律失常藥、強(qiáng)心劑、抗休克升壓藥、抗血栓藥及其他藥。資料來源于上海市食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局科技情報研究所用藥數(shù)據(jù)庫的2009-2011年上海市119家樣本醫(yī)院心血管系統(tǒng)疾病用藥購藥數(shù)據(jù)，包括藥品品名、規(guī)格、金額和用量等。這119家醫(yī)院中有三級醫(yī)院31家，二級醫(yī)院75家，一級醫(yī)院13家。……
