關于本刊

《生物工程學報》是由中國科協批準，中國科學院主管，中國科學院微生物研究所和中國微生物學會共同主辦的綜合性的學術刊物，系中國自然科學核心期刊。主要報道我國生命科學領域科學和技術的新進展和新成果，刊登的內容包括：基因工程、細胞工程、組織工程、酶工程、蛋白質工程、發酵工程、生物制藥、生物反應器、基因芯片等各個方面，涉及工業、農業和醫學等諸多領域。刊載的文章有 70%以上是獲“ 863” 高技術、國家自然科學基金資助或屬“九五”、“十五”攻關及省部級重大項目的研究論文。本刊已被美國化學文摘 CA、美國醫學索引IM/MEDLINE、俄羅斯文摘AJ、日本科學技術社數據庫JST、波蘭的哥白尼索引IC、荷蘭Elsevier公司的Scopus文摘、荷蘭醫學文摘EMBASE等國際著名檢索機構收錄；國內則被中國知網CNKI、中國生物學文摘、中國科學引文數據庫、中國科技期刊光盤版等幾乎所有重要的檢索機構收錄。

進入21世紀和中國加入WTO之后，生物工程的研究和應用得到更加廣泛的重視，生物技術產業已成為新的經濟增長點，加之本刊涉及生物學領域的各個方面，因而本刊也備受關注，投稿量大幅攀升，不僅成為科研人員的好幫手，也受到生物技術產業界的重視。

我刊雖然取得了一定的成績，但成為國際化大刊還有很長的路要走。為此，我們將努力吸引更多優秀稿件，并積極擴大刊物的影響力。期待《生物工程學報》在大家的幫助下取得更大的進步。

Founded in 1985, Chinese Journal of Biotechnology is the official journal of the Institute of Microbiology,the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Society for Microbiology. Chinese Journal of Biotechnology is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original papers and reviews on all aspects of Biotechnology, such as genetic engineering, cell engineering, enzyme engineering,biochemical engineering, tissue engineering, biochips,bioinformatics, bioreactor, and so on. The journal is indexed/abstracted in various important citation resources such as Chemistry Abstracts, MEDLINE/PubMed, AJ of Viniti, JST, Scopus, Center for Agriculture and Bioscience International, EMBASE,CNKI, Chinese Biological Digest, Chinese Scientific Quotation Database (Web amp; CD), Chinese Science and Technological Periodical (CD).

Aimed at promoting the scientific exchanges between China and other parts of the world, Chinese Journal of Biotechnology has cooperated with Elsevier to publish online English edition from 2006 to 2008 (http:// www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/18722075). The online English edition, launched on the ScienceDirect,provides original English papers and some translated articles selected from the corresponding issue of Chinese edition.
