摘 要:石化、冶金等大型聯合企業煤氣管道系統中的減壓閥組,連接結構形式較多,由于不連續結構造成應力集中的現象較多,目前工程上對其的應力分析主要靠經驗進行,補強方法通常采用整體補強。針對減壓閥組的上述問題,本文通過有限元分析軟件Ansys11.0,以一大型冶金化工聯合企業的煤氣管道系統減壓閥組為例,詳細的進行了其各個不連續連接結構處的應力分析,并提出了相應的補強措施,為石化、冶金等大型聯合企業煤氣管道系統中的減壓閥組的應力分析及補強提供了理論依據,具有較為重要的意義。

Abstract: There are a lot of connection styles of pressure-reducing valve groups in the gas piping system of petrochemical and metallurgical corporations.In addition, many examples of stress concentration often occur because of the discontinuous structure. At present,the analyses of these examples mainly depend on the engineering experience,which means that these stress concentration examples should do the overall reinforcement. In this paper,the stress analysis for the discontinuous structure of a pressure-reducing valve group,which belongs to the gas piping system of a large united metallurgical and petrochemical corporation, has been made by the finite element analysis software Ansys11.0.Based on the detailed analysis,an appropriate reinforcing method for the valve group has been presented.According to the above presentation,this paper provides the theoretical basis for the stress analysis and reinforcement of pressure-reducing valve groups in the gas piping system,and it is useful in the petrochemical and metallurgical corporations.

減壓閥組是通過一系列控制調節閥和相應的連接管道使管道系統介質出口壓力低于進口壓力,并保持出口壓力恒定的成套設備,其廣泛應用于化工、冶金、石化、石油、電力等相關領域[1~6],特別是大型石化、冶金聯合企業的煤氣管道系統,起著降低壓力、穩定管網和安全保護的重要作用,一旦發生事故,造成的社會和經濟影響十分巨大。因此,煤氣管道系統減壓閥組的安全運行十分重要。
影響減壓閥組安全運行的關鍵部件為連接進出口前后的連接管道,在實際的生產條件中,受減壓閥組的閥門選取、現場安裝條件等條件影響,減壓閥組的連接結構形式較多,不連續結構造成應力集中的現象較多,再加上板厚負偏差和腐蝕裕量,使得減壓閥組連接管道的設計十分復雜。……
