試論科學發展觀與高校圖書館的創新發展

摘 要:近年來，我國高等教育的快速發展掀起了高校圖書館的建設高潮，但也出現了一些問題。高校圖書館的發展需要以科學發展觀作為指導。高校圖書館要圍繞著學校的教學和科研，通過改革創新，建立“以人為本，讀者第一”的現代信息知識服務體系和現代信息資源保障體系，充分發揮教育職能和信息服務職能，為我國高級人才的培養做出自身的努力。

The View of Scientific Development and Innovation Development of College Library

Abstract:In recent years，college library occurs the construction climax due to quickly developing of higher education in our country， but has also arisen some problems at one time.College library develop needs the guidance of scientific development view.Around research and the teaching of school，College library will creat the modern information knowledge service and modern information resource guarantee system founding on people and reader through reforming and innovation，so eventually bring into play educational and informational service functions and make the effort of self for the training of the high-grade talent of our country.

高校圖書館是我國圖書館事業的重要組成部分，隨著我國高等教育的快速發展，近年來高校圖書館發展步伐越來越快，經費投入逐年增加，圖書館的館舍條件、軟硬件設施、文獻資源建設等各方面都得到了長足的發展。在高校圖書館的蓬勃發展過程中，用科學的發展觀指導圖書館的理論和實踐，是高校圖書館發展的必然選擇。

1 校圖書館發展需要科學發展觀的指導

科學發展觀的本質和核心，一是堅持以人為本，二是堅持全面、協調、可持續發展，最終目標是促進經濟社會和人的全面發展。它為我國各項事業的健康和長遠發展指明了方向。高校圖書館是學校的信息資源中心、文化中心和重要的公共服務項目，在我國高等教育發展中起著重要作用。同時，高校圖書館也是人類知識與文化的主要保存者和傳播者，是社會公共信息系統的重要組成部分，面向廣大公眾開放，使寶貴的信息資源為大眾共享也是其重要的社會職責之一。……
