摘 要:鉆井泥漿泵泵沖流量測量系統是石油鉆(修)井行業中一種重要的泥漿泵沖和入口流量的測量儀表。文章介紹了泵沖流量測量系統的原理,闡述了該儀表系統的設計原理及關鍵技術。該系統能為鉆(修)井泥漿注入量提供準確顯示。便于司鉆和鉆(修)井監督們第一時間了解泥漿泵的工作情況和掌握井筒內泥漿的壓力狀態。實驗證明,該系統測量精度、可靠性均很理想,值得推廣應用。

Design of drilling Mud pump SPM and Flow measuring system

Abstract: Drilling Mud pump SPM and Flow measuring system is an important parameter for measuring SPM and inflow in oil drilling and work-over. This paper introduces the impulse principle of SPM and inflow measuring system and describes the design principle and key technologies of the instrument system. The system for drilling (work-over) provides an accurate amount of mud inflow. It is convenient for drillers and drilling (work-over) monitors to understand the work of mud pump and master the pressure state within the wellbore. Experiments show that the system accuracy, reliability are very good, should be widely applied.

鉆(修)井過程中,泥漿泵的使用必不可少。泥漿注入量的準確測量,對安全、高效鉆(修)井有著至關重要的作用。一般測量泥漿流量的方法就是通過測量活塞或柱塞的沖數,來計算實時流量和累計流量。因此,實時監測泵沖并記錄累計泵沖可以有效地幫助司鉆了解泥漿泵的工作情況和當前泥漿注入量和累計注入量,并間接地掌握井內的壓力和流量情況,杜絕安全事故的發生。目前,大多數鉆井泥漿泵只能測量泵沖和累計泵沖,不能顯示流量。而且測量范圍低,不能滿足現場安裝位置的要求。
本文介紹的泥漿泵泵沖流量測量系統,能夠測量并實時顯示當前泵沖、累計泵沖、當前流量和累計流量;測量范圍廣,精度高;能滿足任意位置安裝。通過防爆按鈕在泵沖和流量之間進行切換,為鉆(修)井監督們準確快速地調整鉆井參數、改變鉆(修)井方式、科學安全鉆(修)井提供實時依據,從而達到科學無風險鉆(修)井的目的[1]。……
