摘要:在室內(nèi)用轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻Bt汕優(yōu)63及其親本雜交水稻汕優(yōu)63稻米制備的小鼠人工飼料,分別在喂飼昆明種雄性小白鼠不同時間后測定其取食量、排糞量和營養(yǎng)效應(yīng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,小鼠在累積喂飼兩種稻米制備的飼料4 d時的平均相對生長率(MRGR)、相對生長率(RGR)和相對消耗率(RCR)均顯著高于其他累積喂飼時間(P<0.001)。不同水稻稻米制成的飼料對小鼠取食量、排糞量、平均相對生長率(P<0.001)和近似消化率(P<0.05)有顯著的影響;不同喂飼時間對小鼠取食量、排糞量及其他營養(yǎng)效應(yīng)指標(biāo)均有顯著的影響(P<0.001);二者之間的交互作用對小鼠取食量、排糞量、相對消耗率(P<0.001)和凈轉(zhuǎn)化率、近似消化率(P<0.05)有顯著的影響。小鼠的相對生長率、毛轉(zhuǎn)化率在分別喂飼兩種水稻稻米制備的飼料不同時間后無顯著的差異,凈轉(zhuǎn)化率在分別喂飼兩種水稻米制備的飼料后除第4天外其他時間無顯著差異。上述結(jié)果顯示,轉(zhuǎn)基因稻米制備的飼料對小型哺乳動物(如鼠類)的主要營養(yǎng)效應(yīng)指標(biāo)無明顯影響。

Effect of Transgenic Rice Diets on the Food Utilization Indices of the Kunming Male Mouse

Abstract: In this experiment, the mouse artificial diets were produced by transgenic Bt rice cultivar “Shanyou 63” and conventional rice cultivar “Shanyou 63”. The consumption, frass and food utilization of Kunming male mouse were studied after feeding with different days. The results showed that mean raletive growth rate (MRGR), retative grouth rate(RGR) and relative consumption rate (RCR) in mouse after feeding on conventional rice cultivar “Shanyou 63” by 4 days were significantly higher than those in other feeding times(P<0.001). The diet made of different rice showed significant effect on the mice in consumption, frass, MRGR (P<0.001)and approximate digestibility (AD)(P<0.05).The feeding time also showed significant effect on the consumption, frass and all food utilization indices (P<0.001). The interactions between diet variety and feeding time also presented significant influence on the consumption, frass, RCR (P<0.001), efficiency of conversion of digested food (ECD) and AD(P<0.05). However, no significant difference was found in RGR, and efficiency of conversion of indigested food (ECI) of the male mouse between transgenic Bt rice and conventional rice diets after feeding with different days, which indicated that there was no evident influence on the main food utilization indices for small mammals, such as mouse, after feeding on the artificial diet of transgenic Bt rice.

轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)是21世紀(jì)最重要的高新技術(shù)之一,在緩解資源短缺、環(huán)境惡化、保障糧食安全、農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面顯現(xiàn)出巨大的潛力。自Schnepf 等[1]首次從Bt中克隆Cry1A基因以來,至今已有130多種殺蟲晶體蛋白基因被報(bào)道。20世紀(jì)90年代起,我國國內(nèi)就開展了轉(zhuǎn)基因植物培育,已先后培育出多個品種,如抗螟蟲的轉(zhuǎn)Bt水稻[2,3],轉(zhuǎn)CpT1和SCK基因水稻(抗螟蟲)、轉(zhuǎn)GNA基因水稻(抗飛虱)[4]等,先后獲得大量的目標(biāo)性狀強(qiáng)、遺傳和表達(dá)穩(wěn)定、農(nóng)藝性狀優(yōu)良的轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻株系資源[5]。……
