摘要:采用有機溶劑常溫滲漉法提取得到暗綠蒿(Artemisia atrovirens)葉片揮發油,利用氣相色譜-質譜(GC-MS)聯用技術分析了揮發油中的化學成分;共分離出68個峰,鑒定了57種組分,其中有53種化合物與相關文獻報道相同,另有4種組分未見文獻報道。該結果表明暗綠蒿含有該物種特有的揮發油化學成分,對揮發油的化合物組成也有重要的補充作用。

Study on Chemical Components of Essential Oils from Artemisia atrovirens

Abstract: The essential oils were extracted from leaves of Artemisia atrovirens by steam distillation and the chemical components of volatile oils were identified by GC-MS. Finally, 68 compounds were separated and 57 of them were identified. 53 compounds were identical as reported, while the other 4 components were not reported. The results indicated that special components were contained in the species of Artemisia atrovirens and new componets were discovered and added into the chemical components of essential oils.

關于菊科蒿類植物揮發油成分的研究,目前國內外的報道較多。20世紀80年代中期朱亮鋒等[1]就首次報道了艾蒿(Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant.)揮發油的化學成分,后來劉國聲、潘炯光、顧靜文、嚴澤群、李子穎等都先后發表了關于艾蒿揮發油的報道[2-6];近年,何兵,李春紅等[7,8]先后分析了青蒿(A. carvifolia Buch.-Ham. ex Roxb.)揮發油的含量和主要成分;另外,廖華衛、蘭瑞芳等[9,10]分別對同屬植物黃花蒿揮發油的化學成分進行了分析;劉小蘭[11]分析了冷蒿(A. frigida Willd.)揮發油化學成分。國外也有關于蒿類植物的研究,最近Kirichenko等[12,13]分析了艾蒿不同生長時期揮發油含量的變化,并且比較了俄羅斯兩個生態型艾蒿揮發油的含量,Barney等[14]分析了幾個不同入侵蒿類植物揮發油中有害物質的成分和含量,Wang 等[15]分析了艾蒿揮發油中抗微生物活性物質成分。暗綠蒿(Artemisia atrovirens)是三峽庫區特有的瀕危植物,屬于菊科蒿屬。主要分布于長江中上游地區海拔1 200 m以下地帶,由于三峽大壩蓄水的影響,暗綠蒿大部分生境已經消失,僅有零星分布。因此,在保護好現有資源的基礎上,對該物種進行開發利用具有重要的意義。……
