摘要:通過(guò)微波消解儀消解菱角樣品,運(yùn)用原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定菱角中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg 6種微量元素的含量。同時(shí)考察了不同微波消解條件對(duì)分析結(jié)果的影響,優(yōu)化了原子吸收分光光度法測(cè)定的最佳條件。結(jié)果顯示,菱角中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg的含量分別為23.282、0.103、0.958、5.879、67.786、10.382 μg/g,回收率在93.05%~104.75%之間。

Determination of Trace Elements in Water Chestnut by Microwave Digestion-FAAS

Abstract: Water chestnut was digested by microwave digestion before determination, and the six trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg in water chestnut were determined by microwave FAAS. The samples were digested with nitric acid and the conditions of digestion were optimized. The effect of different microwave digestion conditions on the analysis results was investigated, and the optimal condition for atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used. The contents of six trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg in water chestnut were 23.282, 0.103, 0.958,5.879, 67.786, 10.382 μg/g. The recovery of this method was between 93.05% and 104.75%.

菱角,是一種水生植物,屬菱科,為《中國(guó)藥典》收錄[1],是我國(guó)著名的土特產(chǎn)之一,已有3 000多年的種植歷史,其果肉可食,嫩莖可做菜蔬,生長(zhǎng)在河湖中。菱角屬?zèng)鲂允澄铮写罅科咸烟?、蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉、麥角甾四烯-β-谷甾醇,此外,還富含維生素A、B、C、E及多種微量元素。具有解毒療瘡、澀腸止瀉、消毒解熱、抗癌等功效,用于脾虛食少、乏力、惡心、失眠、癌癥等[2-10]。本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用微波消解-原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定了菱角中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg的含量,為進(jìn)一步研究開(kāi)發(fā)菱角提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
1材料與方法
1.1儀器與試劑
TAS-990型原子吸收分光光度計(jì)(北京普析通用儀器有限責(zé)任公司);Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg空心陰極燈[威格拉斯儀器(北京)有限公司];New Human UP-900型超純水器(北京普析通用儀器有限責(zé)任公司);WX-4000溫壓雙控微波消解系統(tǒng)(上海屹堯分析儀器有限公司);AL-204型電子天平(瑞士梅特勒)。
Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儲(chǔ)備液1 000 μg/mL(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)研究中心,使用時(shí)配制至所需濃度);菱角(山東省微山湖水產(chǎn)品購(gòu)銷(xiāo)中心);濃硝酸(優(yōu)級(jí)純,前進(jìn)化學(xué)試劑廠);實(shí)驗(yàn)用水為超純水。
1.2實(shí)驗(yàn)方法
1.2.1樣品預(yù)處理將菱角放入真空干燥箱中于85~95 ℃烘干,粉碎,過(guò)40目篩后置于干燥器中備用。……
